My plan is to take the train when the bullet train operates in September with promo ticket prices. From Bandung to Jakarta I will take the panoramic train, and from Jakarta to Bandung I will take the bullet train. Fair.. 😁

Jakarta also has a fast train going to Jakarta-Bandung but it's still under construction, hopefully in the future you can try it so you know the trip from Jakarta to Bandung is much shorter (only 20-30minute), and about the tuktuk in Jakarta the name is Bajaj it says Bajaj but it says Bajay

The new station as you said is Padalarang Station for high speed train (Indonesia & China Cooperation), which the speed more than 300 km/hour. You just need half of hour trip from Bandung to Jakarta.

20:40 (That) fast train station, Padalarang Station. Later it will connect from there to the city of Bandung by feeder train, because if you go directly to Bandung, the land there is expensive for land release, so the fast train does not reach Bandung city
