i just have to point this out. do not pray in the hotels because you are not rewarded 100k worth of salah outside of the masjid, its tempting to pray so high up looking down on the kaaba
Jazakh ALLAH khayr for the reminder. Yes we didn’t do it. We tried our best to go inside as soon as we heard the Adhan sometime we tried to go in the masjid before the Adhan to have a place to pray otherwise the police will not allowed us inside. Alhamdulillah alaa kulli Hal.

Firstly, thank you for making the video - it is informing a lot of us what to expect. But let's discuss the hotel building itself. This is the most expensive hotel ever built. And to be honest, I was not impressed. The room service food looks like something you get a cheap canteen. Food wrapped in cling film. A fried egg - shocking. The building itself looks like something built in the 1960s in the USSR - high rise dull building, with the USSR used to house many families on the cheap. The rooms themselves were not impressive. Not sure how this got a 5* tag. I also saw a video on the shopping mall which is attached to this building complex - that looked pretty bad, too. Everything about this seems shoddy. For those who wish to see opulence, watch a video on the Burj Al Arab - that hotel is several levels above this.
Unlike Burj Al Arab which is purely meant for tourism and vacationing, Makkah Royal Clock Tower Hotel is meant to house people for their sojourn stay during their pilgrimage of Hajj or Umrah. The purpose of both these hotels are completely different. Hence its not wise to compare the same with the former in the name of "opulence".
Say: Alhamdulillah for everything. If your intention to visit Makkah or Masjid Alharam for general is for Allah Subhanah wa ta’Allah, you don’t need an impressive hotels as long as you can go there. For me, even if I sleep outside the masjid as long as Allah Subhanah wa ta’Allah will allow me to visit the Kaaba 🕋 I will be the happiest and the most bless person in the world. 😍🥰
