Wish there were more of these tutorials.. its way better than reading through the "help" within Star-CCM+. Im doing a CFD model of temperature and airflow through a regenerative indirect evaporative cooler as my bachelor thesis. So this is very useful!
Thanks for the tutorial! It helped a lot. I would like to simulate the closing process of a valve and the resulting water hammer. I'm just not sure how to simulate the rapidly closing valve... maybe with a field function?
