The inflation in this game is horrifying, 20k for a bookshelf is crazy. 💀 They are expecting us to get these Gucci products while designing our dorms. Obtaining 10k is already rough and the male changes are just: 😰 This game has been so important to me and seeing them go down this path is very saddening. All we can do is watch as it burns down, we’ve ought to hope they make actual changes instead of just hearing us out before it’s too late.
The inflation definitely is horrible. Like they make the smallest thing so pricey as if everyone has time to grind diamonds for it while also having the level up rewards so unrealistic. I used to love farming for items, but it’s honestly gotten ridiculous..

@@girlpowerfantastic8681frr, I farm for hours to get to 20k, and then I have to give it away for an item that isn't worth all the effort I put (like you can't do anything with 20k now...)

It's really sad, honestly. I used to play Royale High in 2019, and it's not something I find exciting anymore. Royale High used to be for roleplaying, and having fun with friends and doing classes, but recently I started to realize that the only reason I'm playing Royale High is to grinde for sets. They make everything so expensive and they make a lot of decisions that people don't like. They are always like "We listen to you guys", and I appreciate them for including so much inclusivity, but this? This is not inclusivity, this is just dumb. And if only they truly do something about these issues, maybe people will start to like Royale High again, but for now, Royale High is really falling right now.

ong bro. and i hate when ppl try and sugarcoat the devs and say shit like "oh but they're working so hard!" on what? making the game repetitive and unnecessarily expensive? look, i still like and play royale high, but come on now; do not stand there and be delusional, and act as if the game doesn't have its many flaws, bc it fs does. honestly, i can't see what's in-store for rh going forward atp. and what i mean by this is *will the game improve?* cuz i sure hope it does..
yeah fr i used to play it to rp and make friends but now the only thing you can do for 'fun' is grind ur ass off for overly expensive sets. nobody plays the game for for fun, its literally just grind for this new set, rinse and repeat:
I'm honestly going to stop playing the game aswell, it's just boring and extremely repetitive. Like okay they added a new set but it doesn't add anything new in terms of gameplay. The "masc" toggles are terrible. Almost every item is expensive as heck, 20k for a guitar is crazy. To me, this seems like laziness more than anything. And it just feels uncomfortable playing a game that only supports one gender when they've been rambling about diversity the whole time. This game is a waste of time, and i regret spending my money on it.
I def agree the only thing is I like grinding for sets bc it’s fun and it lasts a while and when u get the item u feel good abt it
I've been here for almost 5 years but I think we can all agree no matter how long you've been here, it still hurts to see the game like this.
that's what i say 😭😭🤚 as someone who's been around for quite a while now (2019), it hurts sometimes reminiscing abt past memories from 2019-2020 & how fun rh was back then, whilst knowing that it'll never be the same again :(. *THE GAME USED TO BE SO FUCKING FUN AND INTERESTING!!* now it's just a fairytale-tycoon-lagfest game that also has a repetitive feel to it.
atp, no matter how many times the community directs the devs in the cooking book for the right ingredients, they'll keep putting in the wrong ones in the pot, then the whole execution will be shitty. nowww we have to explain to them why the soup tastes like horse-feet, but they won't listen and now the food tastes worse than before 💀💀
Fr I’ve been playing since 2018 and it’s so sad seeing how much the game has changed. Obviously there’s good changes that I do enjoy but I just miss roleplaying in enchantix and the hotel and not really caring about being rich but just having fun with my friends 😭maybe it’s because I was 9 years old back then I was having more fun but it’s still sad looking back on those memories:(

As a once hardcore player of Royale High, I can summarize its downfall in one word: Overwhelming. I loved the appeal of fairies going to school and everything was once so simple. I loved the first two campuses because they were fun and easy to explore. I loved how it was easy to understand. Unfortunately, perhaps they became too ambitious in developing their game further... they seem to have forgotten the reason why people loved it so much and kept on playing.
I don't think I can play the game anymore without feeling too tired from keeping up with the latest sets and accessories. It all feels too competitive in a way. I miss the roleplays I had in the first campus; I miss the conversations I had at the lockers after the day classes ended. I remember those players with the long roleplay names that described who they were. Even though most of us thought they were cringe, they were the ones who kept the true essence of Royale High.
I miss the simple game that allowed our social and school fantasies to come true.

Honestly I feel like things could be fixed so much with 2(.5) changes.
1.) Add role-play servers (separate from normal)
2.) Lower the prices/inflation, maybe get someone who knows economics to improve things
OR
Again, hire someone who knows economics and give out diamonds more easily
2.5) Create a grounded public relations system and listen to the community

Unless the community is relentless and bug the devs non-stop, we’re never going to get those changes. And that makes me sad. All these people who want to roleplay can’t. People who want to decorate their dorm can’t. The devs don’t listen.

played rh in 2018.I found the game really fun! people always roleplay, but now. Man i can't explain how much i hate it. It's not fun like it used to, even the community thought that after the campus 3 release things will get better but it got worse.The updates, the drama and even the dev team not listening to what the community wants. AND THE PRICES BOY DONT GET ME STARTED. Like i feel everyone plays it just to farm for dims. Honestly i miss roleplaying with my friends ,having fun and everyone is just enjoying, now everyone is farming or trading. I'm so disappointed on how it became something just boring and not even entertaining like it used to. I miss the old RH :(

Im pretty young still and some of my earlier memories are playing royale winx school and campus 1 with my sibling and divinna on my old acc i still play royale high but every is super expensive its insane its really a pay to play game now

Yeah, I remember the good old days when atleast three ppl were screaming 'ABC TO ROLEPLAY' starting random dramma about Jake, i never feel entertainment when playing like i used to and get myself into random shenanigans. Something feels missing from the game and yeah THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. 3M FOR A FLOATING ONION RING. 80K FOR SHOES. The most expensive heels used to be 36k when the thigh high princess boots were the best u could have. There are many sets people do and dont like and dont get me wrong there are older sets being sold for cheap but everyone wants the new ones which is particularly normal but it has been made very pay to win and time consuming. In 2019, i didn't have any game passes or multipliers it took a whole month to get 36k, luckily that was considered a lot. Now 2023 still hard to get lots of diamonds, i have both multipliers able to get 100k within a few days over 3 days for me unlike some ppl who some how get 1m dims and 100k is nit considered a lot. It really shows the time consuming and pay to win side of the game, in 2019 I was happy to farm but now i dont know... The community around RH is getting worse, people are just getting desperate because of how expensive everything is.
I really hope this game heals as I love it and has been the thing that always made me happy, the devs have put in lots of work to get the game into this much detail so i hope the best.
they had to remove winx due to copyright, they had it up for way too long without getting the tv show's perms. same for fantasia, it had the show in the hotel rooms.
@@ChrissyxSaphI remember doing roleplays for hours and me and my cousin pretending to be karens and starting drama in campus 2. It used to be a game that you could roleplay on without anyone judging you, and you could talk to other plays and just chat for hours. *its so depressing going on campus 3 and seeing lifeless players just doing mindless quests. They dont even respond in chat* When you used to say things in chat like, ‘hey guys’, ‘wanna roleplay’ and classic trolls, the players would respond and they were typically just friendly teenagers. I hate to see it go. I have a friend who recently got into it, and they only value the diamonds and levels, and it shows you how most of the active community is now. It reminds me of the minecraft community, roblox in general, and how toxic some things have become. Royale high will always hold a special place in my heart. I quite around 2 years ago, never officially but i haven’t really played in years. I occasionally play with my friends, or join to check on campus 2, but its sad to see it go. Glad the old community still exists, even if we’ve all grown up.
The main objective of royale high faded since the prices of things went up, if you enter the game you don't see people playing and roleplaying, but instead you see them trying to level up to have money, if you want to have a cute avatar you have to have a minimum of 10k and everything is so expensive

I am completely sure, the downfall of RH can be accounted to its own fanbase. The downfall was set in stone after everyone left roleplaying to die in a corner and just focused on items values and making fun of roleplayers. A lot of people made fun of roleplayers, but lets be honest, the people with the generic girl name that just wanted Alex to date them, and the people that had BOOKLONG explanations about their character, kept the game/server alive. I miss when i could go up to a person and just start a whole shakespear story with them. (and i full-heartedly agree with this video)
I tried to roleplay in one server and they literally told me to stfu. I was just trying to have fun

I remember those types of roleplays and I did some of those as well. They were kind of cringey, sure, but it was just a huge part of my childhood. I wish I could go back to those days.

I hate, hate HATE the fact the devs say that this is for ‘inclusivity’. You HAD inclusivity by making male toggles for items at ALL. And if y’all wanna be inclusive give us plus sized models for sets. Or more black hairstyles. Either way, what they’re doing isn’t inclusive, it’s more exclusive than anything. And the DORM STUFF. The fact that architects key only lets you color floors and walls (without an overlay) is just so UGH. I grinded, spent over 300k worth in sparkly stars, bought 800k of furniture because I wanted to have fun, and I still can’t color that fugly pink door. And we only have so many overlays, I don’t see why we can’t have all the fabrics to color our walls. It’s just so disappointing the direction and choices the devs have made. But i LOVE this game! All I want is to be able to enjoy it like all the girls. The fact they’re leaning into a traditionally European femme beauty standard with the thin, feminine bodies for both men and women, is just not it. Inclusivity would be plus sized, traditional masc, traditional fem, and androgyny. The game isn’t fun for new players as they can’t afford anything, and it’s not fun for new male players because there’s simply nothing catered to them. And the fact they’re talking about REWORKING all the male bodices and stuff to the new system is astonishingly disappointing. Devs, im begging you, LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS.
also how has there not been more sets inspired from other cultures in the past year or more. like a set similar to traditional indian dance wear would be so pretty.

I'm an enby so I sometimes play RH,I quit some months ago due to the game being too toxic,but I would love if they had more pants and things like that,I don't like skirts and the new masc type sets that at least look more of my style are EXPENSIVE! 😭 and the game isn't friendly for new players/old players coming back,the dorm prices are insane!

Since royale high removed masculine bodies, I couldn’t express myself. I felt feminized and also, these dorm furniture prices are RIDICULOUSLY INSANE. I mean…. My dorm costed about 2 million diamonds . Like 20k for a bookshelf and 15k for a platform? Its actually just blowing my mind… I play this game to express myself and role play but I haven’t been able to do that. All my friend’s are grinding for their dorms and basically halos. They’ve always been so busy. Everyday I log onto royale high, it’s the same things I do everyday, my login , my daily spin, gift of the day, grinding and trading. I mean what’s the point anymore ??

Rh is an amazing game and I don’t think u should quit, sry if I sound like a maniac trying to promote rh but I’m sry i just can’t let it die… but it’s ur choice though, u can search for fun things to do in rh or read other ppl comments on what to do when ur bored if u even come back!

Same I quit way long time ago and I don't regret, I was only playing royale high then I realized with the inflation and the prices and all this wouldn't go anywhere for me. Also I got bored with it...and glad I quit, I became 57 level at toh, 73 at evade and I found way better games like that running from the internet game lol :D better quit folks
It’s honestly very disappointing as to how the community is crumbling so badly and how the devs are all talk and no action. The fact that there is still little to no representation after that’s what they’ve talked about is annoying. Like what happened to that plus sized set? Couldn’t make that but can make your sets skinny as if every single person within the community is thin with zero curves. As someone who is on the curvy side, it’s disappointing seeing how the sets are almost stick thin. Also, how can you talk about representation a lot and go and take away the masculine body knowing your community also includes male players? It’s genuinely infuriating as to how nobody cares as to how we feel or our opinions on the game. There’s always something that is putting the devs into a bad light all because they decided to make the most dumbest mistakes that can be prevented.
I honestly hate the fact that they're trying to get rid of the male body, I'll force myself to stick with it even if there's less sets. Because I rather not have my cosplay avatars be a twink size when most of them aren't twinks, rather than an more natural body shape that I've gotten used to over the literal years with RH just for them to try to push it down our throats to get used to the new male human items with the female body.
I like them but honestly *how the heck can you STYLE the female body with the male items, if you can't get any MALE ITEMS YOU ONLY GET ON THE MALE BODY?!* it's like I understand they're trying to "reach" out but if it's the cost of this, then heck I might as well stick with the male body until they remove it completely...

100% agree w/ u. although all the sets *technically* do have curves, i see what u mean nonetheless, as all of them are still on the thinner side. a set that looks like *darling valentina*, *starfrost*, and *shadow empress* especially would look soo cool in the game. as for the male toggles, they look so crappy 💀💀. and this is coming from a female player. rh also needs to do better in terms of male items. rh is a game with a princess-fairytale feel to it, which is stereotypically associated with girls. idk, but i feel like that's still embedded into their brain??
one cool idea i have is that guys, or just any person who dresses as a male in general gets items meant exclusively for them. bc the way i see it is them kinda borrowing from the female demographic, or most of the sets in the game with *female* being the base gender; it needs to go both sides dude-your fanbase is so diverse whether it be age-wise or gender/sexuality-wise.
@@jencIaire I definitely agree with you. More sets that look like starfrost, shadow, and Valentina would be great as seeing so many sets that are so thin is upsetting. I still cannot get over the December dream set and how skinny it is. And as a female player as well, the new male body is outrageous. They need to fix this honestly.
As a female player, I do sometimes enjoy making masculine outfits cause I mean.......they're hot😭. But seeing the masculine body being changed is quite disappointing.

I also don't like how they lock you into one element, and don't let you change after you register at the school. You can't learn another element until level 50, the bars for food,bath,and sleep feel like they go down way to fast, there not even a pool at the Campus 3, barely any secrets, no actually getting in trouble by teachers, it would be nice to have a bad guy in royale high. Or pets.. or different schools who steal the statue or need help or like people go missing because of the bad guy, both players and npc. Stumble upon a dragon egg or something,take control of a train, or find a secret area. Shrink down to a toy or ride on a broom. Be an outsider princess or prince, something that ties into the sets. Heck,make the gingerbread dance with fireworks,put players and npc under a sleep spell until someone breaks it or the timer up.

@iilmxmazevm I'm glad I inspired you. I'll be honest,I have been a gamer,writer/creator for years,I love good games and stories, but I also understand it easier for someone to add on to a story. For the creator,it can be overwhelming,daunting even to put something out when people expect more to soon to the point of burnout when the creator theirselves don't how to fix it. That goes for characters to,they never know how an audience is gonna react. Heck to pour a cup of tea in game itself is a complex code. I feel like maybe creator do listen but then they keep on getting probelms until there a stack.The worst thing you can do is not respond to the public.The last time I checked, wasn't Jake a Npc butler? As for lore I with you a hundred percent. Your ideas are brilliant. It totally ok if English is your third language, you're doing good!

I honestly think the player base would be easy to satisfy, also I agree on the unpredictable outcomes of the players reactions like I’m excited for alls Eason events even though it might be repetitive and o love every little detail and thing they add and now the players are just mad for all the dumb reasons available. If only rh opens a contest on which update concept ideas should be added I think you and I would have a small-decent chance of wining bc I’m kinda proud of the update concepts I wrote and ur creative ideas are just 🔛🔝. As someone who has played Royale high since 2017, I can agree. It definitely has changed a lot since I first started, I do not like the path the game is going at all and it's really hard to see. All it is now is toxicity, people are harder to please, and honestly, I don't expect anything anymore from Royale high. I am quite disappointed in the masculine body change as well.
exactly. I’ve been playing since 2018 and I really miss the old game. People were nicer and in almost every server there was a group of people roleplaying. i think one of the reasons for the downfall was because of trading. before people didn’t care to much about being rich because they couldn’t get stuff from others but now you can get anything from trading and people only really cared to collect stuff

when trading wasn't around users were actually roleplaying and having fun, engaging with others and forming good friendships, no one rlly cared about the price of the items as we were too busy roleplaying as dark & light fairies lmao.
but now everyone's hostile, rude and only care abt getting rich, making the game & community (esp RHTC) an extremely toxic environment.

The another reason I left royale high, was also it's toxic community.. always wanting more, always hard to get along with, generally with just - everything

I don't really talk a lot in comment sections but this is how I feel about the game.
It was at a downfall the moment miscommunications and not communicating at all with the community was in play. They know that we are trying to make changes and make it more acceptable for everyone who is playing the game but they rather would let their game go to shit. And the overpricing of dorm items and just in general is ridiculous because why is the cheapest bed like 6k and a bed sheet is like 5k. That is crazy to me, you'd have 500k and when you spend it on your dorm you end up with 100k or less and ir becomes tiring farming with 0 farming techniques and with the new ones is not even enough to help when people are busy with other stuff. It's ridiculous.
I used to be an og player ( 2017-2018) and i must say, royal high is just more of a nostalgia instead of a fun and expressive dress up game. I always believe that ever since the trading hub release there caused inflation. Which the devs noticed but just made it harder with dorms + locker supplies + art supplies + class supplies. All of these costs diamonds, which is a reason that its hard to find a newcomer. and every day i grind 25-50k and it would be all spent on 1 or 2 items. It just feels like having a empty hole for the place you used to enjoy. I understand working hard and also trying to maintain relations with players at the same time. Sure they are taking longer time to make something but they just should have the balance between the communication and the development.
I just hate how royal high is now just all about diamonds. It just feels like there isnt an exact purpose for royal high anymore. I must say this could be the lowest verge royal high has ever been.
I wish royale high could go back to the times when it was mostly role playing and having fun. Now, all it is is quests, diamonds, trading. No time to have fun. Everything is too expensive, and most people have no time to gain these diamonds. The inflation is insane. A part of the fun is making all the outfits, but it’s harder since items are really hard to obtain due to the inflation. I hope things will actually change.
I honestly miss the corny rp. I always feel like you’re never too old and yes it’s also totally fine to grow-out of something that you don’t do anymore. In-game, it’s so common for younger players to be judged or even bullied for roleplaying in the game when it’s literally categorized as an rpg. I guess Royale High’s downfall does have to do with the current fanbase in which impacts some of these changes.
I’ve been a fan of Royal High since 2019 and it hurt to see this downfall like this but unfortunately this is how video games work, even tho it’s good, people will lost interest anyway because of new things or boredom, I promised myself to never quit to game but my promise is slowly fading away….
As a player from 2019 as-well I completely agree with you. I stopped playing for awhile and came back around Christmas in 2020. Tbh I kind of wish I hadn’t rejoined the fan base. Royal High went from an airy sociable game for dress up and roleplay to a bitter, boring game where everything is expensive and farming is impossible.

Ive been playing since winx and im really sad that the game isnt fun anymore, its missing its charm and it has been for a while imo
i can really feel for the trans masc people on the subreddit. Literally me coming out and realizing i was trans was a lot due to royal high. Messing around with the masculine outfits, roleplaying, and all of that stuff made me come to the realization i was trans. I'm not 18 yet, so i cant get any surgerys or testosterone and i live in an EXTREMLEY conservative town, so it was nice to have a spot where all of the inevitables were taken away and i could have fun. Be myself without being harassed for once. But royal high taking all this away is frustrating. I've tried being on the side of "its ok! they'll fix it soon" or the "their working hard!' but i don't think i can anymore. I really hope they fix this or I can see myself and many others leaving the community entirely. I'm not going to force myself to stay in a spot where I have to be feminine or a girl.

honestly this game got lost in the greed of its devs, like everything is about how expensive and restricted things are, the devs expect you to farm as if you didn't have a life for their exorbitant prices that they set, the expensive clothes, the expencive decorations , the things for you to unlock expencive... their greed irritates me! If this game was ever different I don't know, but today it just exudes greed and this whole thing is based on "pay for it" it's not a fun game and it treats its players poorly!
I remember when I would wake up and literally jump off the top of my loft bed just so that I could get to my laptop or iPad quickly to play RH. That game made me so happy because I wasn’t able to play with other kids (Covid lockdown time). I would be able to roleplay as if I was a real student at a school, being able to actually see my friends, when during that time, none of could. Now I’m much older and people who find out I play it (including people I was close to) just make fun of me relentlessly. I have no friends that want to play with me anymore, and the new updates, sure they’re great but nothing exactly “fun”. I mean like sure there’s archery and sunset island, maybe you could even count rainy day classroom, but archery and sunset are almost NEVER updated. And if they are updated, it’s minor things. Now they’re taking this game in a different direction completely. I mean, who remembers when everyone would want to be a Dark Fairy at Enchantix, or the infamous “light vs dark fairy” roleplay? Now enchantix doesn’t even exist anymore, when it was the foundation of this game. And can we talk about getting rid of seasonal realms?!? I LOVED Snowglobe Summit, and sure getting Wickery was great, but we’re most likely not getting it again. Are we going to get Egg Hunt again this year? I honestly doubt it. They removed the fountain, and now Divinia Park has almost no use. Soon, Earth and Divinia could be gone since we don’t “need” them anymore. I’m a female, and rarely use a masculine outfit, but these new “masc” items are not helping. Sure, some people are more on the feminine side of masculinity, but why can’t we have both? It’s a step in the wrong direction. This game has become extremely different from only when I started playing. Before that, I watched RUclipsrs play all the time. I didn’t even mention how toxic this fan base has become, but let’s just say it’s not what it used to be. Will royale high ever become what it once was? Sadly, I don’t think it can…

I remember all the role plays and the dungeon role plays in the dark dorm area 😭 I also remember if you got those 2 hotel rooms in fantasia near the garden it was like the best thing ever. I think another big reason why the game is failing as a whole is due to the disorganization and lack of polish of the new school overall. This is meant to be a magic roleplay game, yet there's nothing all that magical about trying to progress in the game. Broken down, a good majority of quests just have you fill up a slider, and that's it. While I do like the new Castle's Heart, I think it should have been part of the school in the first place.
If you aren't in it for sets and trading, then progress can further be broken down into just leveling up to earn what SHOULD BE basic functions of the game. Having to do mundane chores to level 400+ times JUST so I can change the size of dorm room furniture feels really underwhelming. It doesn't even feel like a reward for all that hard work. It just feels like a basic function put behind a level wall.
Magic and elements have so much potential in this game. So many missed opportunities to establish lore or actually have quests where you do some cool magical things instead of ..pooping. Yes, there was an actual quest for going to the bathroom. 😭💀
Yes yes yes!!! This is exactly what I've been thinking. Why can't we have more story where we can set our characters in? It would be a reference to it's roots, a roleplay game with a story behind it and lots to learn. I absolutely despise the level walls too. I just want to decorate my diary with cute stickers and look cutesy, why should that take hours or even days to do? Castle's Heart is pretty too, but I want them to bring back the open outdoorsy place in some way! It was a nice place to relax with friends and explore for cool things to find or do. Plus it looked really beautiful! It looked like a proper study area where you could sit with friends around one of those garden table looking things and share notes while being able to take in the great outdoors with the trees, now we just have that weird study sesh thing people do now. I feel like the duo quests where you have to join someone in another part of the game might be a tactic to get more people to join. Might just be me.

I feel like I’ve wasted my life just to level up for shop and dorm items :( and I miss the class schedule which campus 3 doesn’t have bc there’s only 1 class. Thinking bout going back to Minecraft bc there I can use creativity and not just level up for items.

I hate how the devs always go hide into a hole and don’t come out until the community really has enough. We still don’t have anything newish (like the cafeteria or new classes) we can do. The school came out during the summer and yet they only released so much and we are about to go into 2024. I waited so long just to be broke and to have nothing to do. Also let’s add the fact that the devs say they have lots of rep in the game and yet others including myself aren’t really represented in updates or the game in general. The devs should stick to their word on things so the player base can stay. I can’t really sell anything in the trading hub anymore because everyone isn’t buying because they themselves have to buy furniture for their dorm. We need Royale-Fun-High back, not this expensive era or whatever. 😞😔
Dude, me, my sister and a friend played roleplays in 2022 break and it was simply amazing. Started with a bully rp, then a runways rp, then we did a next genaration from the previous characters, and we even made a Winx-fairy like rp back in Enchantix high. We traveled everywhere around the world and interacted with every single thing, it was the only time I would play Royal High for hours without getting bored or tired. Although we have stopped now we had great times and it was special.
Everyone is suffering from the inflation like you said, most of us can't bare to buy from the trade hub because we struggle so much already. And those who are richer than us couldn't give a crap, since they got a long way to get there too.
Once my sister was looking for the Wimsy Witch boots, and there was this girl who had not one, BUT TWO of these boots and was selling one for 70K. The original one costed 80K and it was still selling at the shop. What the hell. They say some site settled it, but this is RIDICULOUS, This price might be ok for the rest of the year BUT WHEN IT'S SELLING??? And when it goes out of shops it gets EVEN PRICIER LIKE WHAT.
And reminder, the girl had TWO of these boots. My sister tried to negociate for 60K, but the girl called her broke. After that my sister just decided to buy from the shop.

I love to play rh with my friends but now it’s just a complete mess. My friend also lossed her account for two years until she got it back recently. Now she’s having a hard time rebuilding it since she lost most of her good things too. No one is selling items at a reasonable price and let’s be honest, the new school isn’t very beginner friendly. Royale high used to be beginner friendly but now there’s no in between with rich and poor. I will say I’m a little rich since I have most of got set and a halo, but I will say I’m also having a hard time. If I’m having a hard time getting stuff, beginners are too. That’s why I try to help out my friend as much as possible so she can catch up. Even though some devs aren’t doing as good of a job, some traders are also to blame. If it’s in season, they price should be lower period, and not by 2k, but at least 5k or more. I hope we can all get together one day and end this madness of inflation in the trading hub….hopefully 😅

Idk if it will help but yeah, sometimes extreme measures need to be taken for the community to be heard. How workers go on strike and stop working when they're not getting paid enough.

I remember playing this game in 2017, back when it was Enchantix High, and I was at the height of my Winx Club and fairy obsession, and when I found that game, it was everything I wanted in a game and more. It was so fun roleplaying, making friends, going to classes, and getting new wings and accessories. Seeing how the game is now 6 years later is kind of sad, since it’s changed so much and it just doesn’t feel fun anymore. I wish I could go back to the old days dressing up as a light fairy and sneaking into the dark fairy room. It’s just so nostalgic and it was a big part of my childhood. It’s just sad how the community and the game has changed, and not exactly for the best…

While a flatter chest could be seen as more androgynous, I don’t think it’s a good thing to see it as a non-binary body, as it pushes a mindset that androgyny is only something AFAB people can achieve, which isn’t true.

The reason I still play royale high is honestly just for the nostalgia at this point. The new school has just taken away the purpose of the game at this point, and I miss just roleplaying with my friends, or making the most crap videos but still having so much fun. Honestly I felt as if Royale High was complete after sunset island came out. They should've just done seasonal updates in my opinion. It feels so 'ugh' lately and I have zero motivation to play anymore besides filming videos or the advent calendar.

Not to mention how difficult it is for new players to get into the game, some of the quest literally requires you to buy stuff. All of the sets require you to grind like this game is your job everyday and if you don’t have friends there are some item that are a lot harder to get. I think the devs were trying to encourage people to play more but it gets so tedious at times. Not to mention all the things locked behind insane levels and money.

I have multipliers now, so farming is significantly easier, but back when I didn't, farming enough to buy even just one set was nearly impossible, even if you were to stay up the whole day and grind. These prices are absurd.

I still vividly remember grinding for 30-ish hours straight. I only got about 20k from it at the time, and this was at the old school back in 2022.
i started playing rh in 2017, and it was just such a fun exciting experience, when they started releasing skirts and heels everyone was super hyped, since it was something you could access by just playing for a few hours, having fun, and then you'd have enough diamonds to buy a skirt!
nowadays, paying 70k for heels seems just stupid. this game isn't about having fun anymore, they're not only rising the prices so that we spend real money on diamonds, they're also not giving us the representation that we deserve. i've been dying for some curly hairstyles, but nope.
rh has turned into a game about spending hours farming for a 30k diamond bodice rather than a fun game to roleplay and dress up in.

Tbh it’s cool to see that there are male players playing. As for me I don’t dress up as a masculine but sometimes I do want to make. It just that idk how and I feel like they look silly when I make it, but I know I can make it with just some practice. And as for the male players I love the outfits you guys create (same for the females who want to dress up as guys). But since the toggle and I see the backlash I could tell it change a lot. Especially the day 1 or 2 (the shirt), it just looks small, like it more for the females who are flat chested. And not for males.
I feel u so much, if I don't use like any bodies I feel like the male characters look soo damn silly and because of that, I have to wait and save for a set that have a good male bodies or trade for one which most of the time very overprice.

As someone who has been playing since early 2018 I definitely agree, it has changed a lot. The dorm stuff is super expensive and it shouldn’t be. Remember when you could just get an all-in-one bed? Now they are much more expensive and hard to decorate. I will always love royale high but these are just some bad changes

As a female player, I completely agree with u, and for a while i'd been pretty pissed w the game since they keep on removing things whilst barely giving us anything. But my last straw was today when i logged in and realized i had completely lost my 2 yrs streak (723 days), even tho i logged in yesterday at the same time (and no im pretty sure it wasnt my fault bc i did double check the timings, but i assume it was a glitch or a syncing problem). As much as it hurts to say, I honestly feel like quitting the game, not necessarily bc of the streak but bc it's very discouraging from the economy to their unnecessary (or lackluster) updates such as the christmas one this year and the whole male body thing, and the only thing that rly kept me going was that streak (I'm not rly upset abt losing it since idrc abt rh that much anymore and i was doing it for fun, but it's pretty annoying and unfair). I think we can all agree that one of the main reasons is the incredible inflation that exists within the game. It is almost impossible to have 12k without gamepass, the most I have farmed for 4 hours was 5.5k. Imagine for new people who are just getting to know the game. The new men's bodysuit, well, I don't have one Comments. And how expensive things are for the bedrooms, a chair 50k, wtf???

Another point I wanna make is that after the new campus, mobile devices can’t really handle it. That’s my biggest problem so far since my computer is doodoo, my iPad can’t handle it and my phone is too laggy. If they started players in the menu instead of the campus it would’ve been better. Plus, farming is just not fun. Doing the same thing over and over is not fun and the game is strictly based on that anyways. And not everyone has the time, as mentioned.
The lag problem is so true. The only reason why I'm still able to play Royale High is because my new phone is the only device I have that can still function the game.
My chromebook would suffer many problems since the new school came out, like not showing the chat when I try to join the game, constantly kicking me out every few minutes, and not responding to anything when I try to do something like wishing at the fountain.
My computer doesn't function Roblox at all, and even if it did, it probably would do the same thing with the chromebook when playing Royale High, because my computer is old.
I'm hoping the developers can help to fix this problem before it begins to negatively affect my phone in future updates, like what happened to the other devices. Being able to play Royale High without endless lag and crashing would be very nice, considering the fact I own every one of their gamepasses (except Fly on Earth).

i am someone who played royale high at the very beginning seeing one of my favorite games going downhill is really painful. the memories i made with it were extraordinary, yet barbie is making it impossible to even play the game correctly.
we do not have time to farm over 1M diamonds just to make a dorm look pretty, most of us are high schoolers who needs a diploma to make it through life, farming in a game isn't gonna get us anywhere. i think i speak for the entirety of the community, royale high is not making it past 2024.

I quit awhile ago and havent been playing because all we really did was farm for sets, there was no quest or sparkly stars but now that there is it makes grinding more fun again ! There is still some roleplaying in severs but sometimes we gotta make an effort to talk to people to make roleplays, hanging in trading hub is very entertaining as well. Royale high is going downhill in some aspects but it still can be fun.
I’ve seen a couple people who have names that are like “Mia-Popular-Rich” and even if it’s kinda cringy, it gives me hope for the roleplay community

It's not just the game but it's the community too. It started with a halloween event and it was a small thing turned into a big thing. I think because items from last event came back. Every update and every year the community got more toxic. What the devs have done has made the community even more toxic. Opinions are no longer welcomed, rude behavior is normalized. Exposing is the community's number one mission. All it takes is one sentence and the community blows up in fire.
The lag in this game is also unbelievable. I've actually been playing since the beginning of RH and im genuinely proud of how much it has grown. I hope that they'll try to fix some things, it seems like they're giving up.

as a girl who doesn’t dress as masc characters, i always find myself looking at the bodies and smh. it’s so disappointing and i would be so mad if i used or at least wanted to use masc characters in this game, i can only imagine how the users that do feel.
The most fun i had while playing is roleplaying as an exorcist to exterminate the alpha wolf with rabies :/ just goofing around is fun, but the inflation and the amount of quests just to look a certain way is a bit tiring and draining (esp when the advent calendar is so unforgiving, and i missed a day because i chose to sleep and prioritize my health lol) and everyone is always wanting to profit to the point where they’ll straight up troll you if you don’t know the value of the item. Thats just unfair tbh. All i wanted was a cute sweater and everyone kept trolling me in the trade haha.
This video and all of these comments have taken the words right out of my mouth!! I began playing in 2018 and I used to roleplay with people; it was so cringe but still, so fun at that time. I used to take part in Christmas events, Valentine events, Easter egg hunts, but now I only come on because I see a new set/item and think "eh I'll try to grind some diamonds and get it" then stop playing after 10 minutes
Just a heads up for anyone who reads my comment- I do get into a bit of a rant, so keep that in mind!
What brought me to the Royale High community was seeing how the game really leaned into letting players express themselves through their outfits, journals, and even with how they play the game. I love being able to show who I am when I play games, so RH was a refreshing change in the type of games to play on Roblox. It really sucks to see how poorly the dev team and players communicate, as I feel that communication is essential to a game's success. If the players ask for something, the developers should work towards adding that thing to the game; within reason, of course. (Sometimes players do ask for too much, regardless of the game, but usually the requests are reasonable.)
I also really hate seeing how much exclusion there's been. It took RH years to include more body types, one of which being a masculine body type, and seeing them change it to a more feminine one was really upsetting. The best to have done would be to keep the original masculine body type, while also adding the new one. I get it can take a long time to make different versions of sets for each of the body types, but many similar games have already been able to do so. While RH is mainly targeted at a young female audience, there's so many male players as well that deserve to be included.
On the note of inclusivity, RH has had a history of misrepresenting different cultures. I won't mention all of the things that have happened, but some notable issues in the past were the names of the ethnic hairstyles (stereotypical Black names, while the rest of the hairstyles had normal names), the Cherry Blossom set taking creative liberties that shouldn't have happened, and the Dia De Los Muertos items being inaccurate and labeled as Halloween items. It doesn't help that when the team apologized, a lot of people who had no place to do so accepted their apology, while the people who *were* affected by their actions were, reasonably, hurt.
One of the most often spoken-about issues with RH is the pricing in comparison to the earning methods. Items should not cost 10K and higher if players are struggling to even earn a few thousand diamonds. Most players do not have the time to spend farming for diamonds, nor do they have the money to spend on Robux for diamonds. (The prices for diamonds is not proportionate to the amount you get from the Robux you spend, so buying diamonds isn't worth the Robux.) I'm all for getting your coin for the work you put in, but there's a point where you do more harm than good.
A game I feel is more balanced and inclusive is Royalty Kingdom 2, which admittedly, does sound like a Royale High knockoff, but is a great game for people that want to dress up and roleplay. Unfortunately, they stopped making new updates, but they do seem to be cycling through ones from the past. If you like these types of games, give RK2 a try!

hello, ex-rh player here. ive been playing since 2017 and cant even put into words how much it's changed over he years. i continued playing this game on and off till like 2020 .i genuinely watched my entire childhood change as this game updates more and more, i remember loving the concept of roleplaying and someone complimenting ur outfit and sunset island and then they introduced trading, ik a lot of people were excited but im sure everyone knew somewhere deep down this was going to be the downfall of rh
bcs this is what happened with adopt me too, it became a trading game instead of an rp game and people would diamond farm constantly and rarely ever roleplay. but you know something that made the game a little bearable?
night barbie never got rid of the og maps so i loved the fact that i could just stop grinding any time i wanted and go roleplay in the old campus (bcs ppl didnt grind there and genuninely cared about the game and people just wanted to win prom lmao) or enchantix. i grew up and like this video mentioned, look towads the game with nostalgia now. i dont think people realize that for a stupid lego game...these devs are expecting us to put in work like we're working 9-5 and arent even getting any real money out of it. a large base of rh players are old teenagers now and this is because most of the "rich" players we see are those who've been there for years now and as you grow old, roblox cant be your life anymore and how do they expect us to have all day to diamond farm.
i looked up rh after like 3 years of not playing and wow..they got rid of enchantix? the one that started it all? at this point i dont even know who would want to play this game and i genuniely thing people shouldnt hesitate to stop bcs sooner or later, ur going to realize u wasted a lot of years of ur life over a game that only got worse and worse over time and only values u for how much money u put into the experience.

Right, Royale High is now an ok game! but when we all first played it, it was so fun. But NOW the game has a huge downfall like, I went trading and was trying to get ttyl bodice, I was going to buy it for 10k, but they said it is worth 24k. I made the most strangest tace ever according to why it was worth that much, so I don't understand why items are just worth so much. It is honestly ridiculous that a free item is worth that much. I get last year, the angel halo was worth that much but god dam for that corset too?! Im done, it's over, the game already done flopped!

I just CAN'T anymore. I used to play SOO MUCH during 2020-2022 but NOW as I'm getting older and having more to do in life BESIDES playing roblox for hours. Now I have to pick games that I have time for, I used to grind on the for literally OVER/about 9-10 hours a day. In late 2022 I gave a lot of stuff to my friends, now coming back to the I can't join for 2 minutes and I stress about "if I want (insert item here) I would have to grind for (x amount of hours). Now I have to think, do I want to grind on rh for 9 hours for a skirt or do I wanna do something fun and exciting irl.... I'm clearly choosing something else but rh
I see a lot of people talking about diamond inflation and I would rlly like to add to that, because it TRULY feels like they're trying to take features away that reward diamonds, and my biggest complaint about this is the devs removing AFK apple farming during the Halloween event. Last year, AFK apple farming helped me stay motivated with my school work because I would do my apple farming as I did my assignments, and that says a lot concidering I have zero motivation when it comes to school and will shrug my shoulders when I fail a course. 10 TRIES PER HOUR??? I would've been somewhat ok with it being 15 or 20 tries per hour, but 10 felt so... lackluster?? Especially when you weren't guarunteed an apple every time- like what do you mean I only get 10 tries within an hour and and I only get 3 or 4 apples from it?!?! It just felt like another daily chore you had to log on for and then you'd exit the game for another hour. I rarely ever did trick-or-treating after I finished my apple attempts either. And it seriously is not a new player-friendly game. As someone who has played for a few years now, I still have to choose between grinding for seasonal items or dorm furniture, which both cost an absurd amount and they give me very little ways to get diamonds fast. It truly does suck. I also want to add that they never should've released the new school with a single class/minigame?! They could've at least given us 4 or 5 classes/minigames to choose from. I don't even think you could play the musical chairs minigame if you weren't lvl 500 or something?? idk. There's really not much to do in that game anymore.
SERIOUSLY!! AFK farming was so useful because i actually have stuff to do like school. but NOOOOO we can’t have AFK farming because it’s “exploiting”, honestly i respect exploiters who get diamonds or candy because almost nobody has time for actually getting that stuff.

Played this game since Val 2020. I enjoyed rh a lot. I remember farming for the new summer shop that just got released and wanting the limited accessories. I got into trading and I became semi-stacked. I remember the dcd getting released and seeing that the price was higher than usual, then the ww set. I remember getting so shocked at the ww prices- like how can an average player get that much dims? By that time (ww set release) grinding was still quite fun, not that hard and quite enjoyable. Then this Halloween I got lucky with trading and got the ww skirt and heels. I was over the moon. Unfortunately a few months ago, a hacker hacked into my acc and took *ALL* of my rh items and left me bankrupt. I tried to go back to grinding but everything just- sorta changed. It’s no fun anymore. Even the snacks for your hunger bar is expensive and here’s me having like 300 dims. So I just entirely quit.

i started playing rh in 2018, and it was genuinely a really fun game for me; something i would always go back to during the school holidays. i personally don't have a really big issue with the game since i normally only play either at the start of the year or the end of the year, missing alot of new updates.
i've always farmed in sunset island (which is something more ppl are turning to now due to the lack of other methods to farm) so things were pretty much the same for me. but now that i look at it, the inflation in the game is crazy. i'm constantly annoyed with ppl telling me to add and being so calculative about item values and whether what they're trading is under. now the game's farming methods are repetitive, and i tend to get really bored after about 3 hours of farming in sunset. the insane inflation in the game is something that really drives me over the edge, but since this is a game i've played since i was young, i refuse to quit and have hope instead to see where things go from here.
furthermore, i remember how roleplaying was a huge part and even the main purpose of this game when it first started. you rarely see ppl wanting to roleplay anymore in public servers, and instead there are many toxic players who think they own the place. i'm even more devastated over the fact that they are removing the masc option, which i personally think is just downright stupid. initially, this game felt inclusive, that anyone could join and play, but now there are so many limitations. as a fem, me and my friends would go around trolling strangers dressed as males and make friends in the process, but now it just doesn't feel right nor the same. ppl would ignore us when we try to talk to them, or just refuse to be part of our roleplaying which just makes everything so hollow. ppl's main objective of the game is to just farm for ridiculously overpriced sets and halos. it is truly saddening to see something that used to be my safe place turn into something i can barely recognise anymore.
I quit royale high at the start of this year ( 2023 ) and I’ve never felt more relieved and it’s also made me realise a few things. Most people are staying up until early hours of the morning ( 3am, 5am ect ) trying to grind for diamonds which is obviously not healthy to do continuously. Not to mention that royale high definitely has one of the most toxic communities💀 people can’t roleplay, people get made fun of if they are not ‘rich’ and even made fun of for their race/religion. Even the devs get cancelled for their behaviour or leaked tweets every so often. They make empty promises or pretend that they are ‘listening to the community’ but go completely against it😭 In the end, I decided to just give away my items ( halos, rares ect ) because at the end of the day, royale high is a virtual game that will not be around forever. I’m just greatful I got to play since the beginning, but playing the game wasn’t worth ruining my mental health.
As a genderfluid person who is born a girl, RH was always what was letting me envision myself as who I felt like at that time. Now that Rh is moving from male toggles I feel that I am not welcome anymore. I have been talking to others about it an we think it's all best to move to other games such as Crown academy or Mermaid Life as both those games have better male clothing. As for building I have moved to Welcome to Bloxburg. If yall are like me I wouldn't stop you an if your not I wont hate you. That's just what I think tbh 😓😔

It is so sad and annoying to see the devs knowing about how the community doesn't enjoy these updates, and they are still continuing with them despite all of the backlash? It's also sad to see them remove the masculine features, as being able to dress up as a guy in this game is one of the things that attatched me to it. I hope they realise how their game is being ruined by these updates and fix it. Not to mention how expensive all of the items are becoming, I remember when heels were 8k. Now they're close to 100k. It's honestly stupid.

I used to grind in 2018-2021 but it got to boring and to complicated, I feel like there are too many things going on, back then I used to roleplay happily for hours. But I started falling behind on trading and expenses and i didn’t have anyone to roleplay with anymore. I remember this one roleplay where there was some alien apocalypse going on with this random guy I made friends with and put on those neon gas masks and started to chase each other by flying and came up with such random ideas.. everyone has basically grown up and matured and don’t have much creativity or confidence to roleplay anymore..
i have not played royale high for a year, but i am an og from the game’s first release as enchantix. as someone who adores roleplay games and watched winx as a kid, i was in love with the og game! you could imagine my excitement when classes started to become more fleshed out with home ec and baking at enchantix, more fun customization, new worlds, etc.
when more expensive sets started coming out, i didn’t grind much since i was more focused on the roleplay aspect. eventually i did try grinding when the first winter set came out, and it felt good to earn something after all of my hard work. more sets came out, but i started becoming more invested with other activities in my real life and left royale for a little while. i grew out of it.
when my little sister asked me to join her in royale, i agreed because it was my childhood game! i was shocked at how much *everything* was and how nobody was roleplaying. that was the point of the game, to roleplay and make friends! i also had quite a few toxic encounters. i can’t tell if that’s a normal occurrence or just bad luck.
i could never go back to royale today and view it the same, as dramatic as that sounds. according to my sister’s talk about the updates, it’s far from its former glory. i doubt they could lower the prices of old items now, considering the potential backlash from those who already bought those items, but they need to do something better. their current game clearly isn’t great.
I used to play royal high a lot when the only maps were the first and second school. I’ve stopped playing now, I hate the amount of inflation the game has gone through. I’m playing games to escape reality, I’m not trying to enter debt because I bought one of the ‘cheap’ skirts.
Honestly I quit Royale high like a year ago. It was too much for me. Grinding was getting harder, prices were higher. Everything was so expensive and I couldn't comprehend. I ended up quitting. RH wasnt fun anymore.
I recognised the downfall and ended up leaving the community as a whole, I loved royale high but it became a chore to keep up with everything!
This is really sad to see as a long-time casual player and former roleplayer. I remember the simple things like sharing a dorm with a stranger, admiring the new wings and ordering cute drinks at the library or cafeteria. While I'm thankful for these memories, the entire feel of the community just will never be the same. We used to work together to try and get halos, diamond farm and get rewards from the tree during Christmas. Now it feels really competitive. People just farm to get new sets and halos or whatever comes out. I really do miss the times where you could easily make friends, but nowadays the only thing that doesn't feel like a chore in this game is exploring campus and dressing up. Even designing my own dorm has a giant paywall! I haven't made any major purchases in the game for a few years, and the first one was for a MATTRESS ON THE GROUND. I understand that some people enjoy farming, but the amount of free-to-play options continues to go down. And that's not even mentioning the lack of communication and bad representation. I hope that things will get better, but for now, at least we have memories.
I also feel unheard as someone who has been playing since late 2017. A new campus comes out and I'm suddenly forced to grind to level up? I accidentally set my power as nature and there's no way to change it. I'm considered a beginner despite having played for years. I have always been loyal to the game but never gotten anything in return except for fun times, but that's not even something that's easy to make now. It really doesn't feel like Royale high acknowledges and listens to its players like it says it does.

As a royale high player who likes to make cosplays ( usually male ) I hate the sizing thing yes I can be useful but it all looks so feminine its dragging the fun away from the game in my opinion it feels as if royale high devs WANT it to die and I use to love making fits nad roleplaying to add on the community it self is tearing RH apart because people say its so repetitive but it is because theirs nothing people in the game do except quest farm trade roleplayers are so hard to find and it plays a major role into making it boring ( sum it up its getting boring because both of the devs and players )

Royale High has many issues to be honest. I have been playing since 2019 and I'm 22 now. I don't roleplay like before but I still enjoy the fashion/dress-up/design aspects of the game. It's true, the player base that plays RH are now older or becoming older. Interests change as we grow and we often stop interacting with games like RH like we used to as we age. RH is in for a rude awakening, tbh. RH made a huge mistake trying to appeal to the older player base that is phasing out of the game rather than to new young children who are joining (which will keep their game alive for years to come). The new school is beautiful but all of these changes are NOT beginner friendly. Imagine a 10 y/o joining, they have never played before and they are overwhelmed by the UI, mechanics, etc. Not to mention that RH economy has always been poor quality. (10M diamonds for Hal 19 halo amirite?) The thing is, they can make their items more expensive if the quality of items go up (with more toggles and better designing than items from 2018) but, the inflation is incredibly poor. It mirrors real life right now. When you inflate price items, you need to give more ways or earning currency or raise the amount of currency you earn with certain mechanics to match the inflated price. So RH is basically in a recession/mini-depression because of the poor economy. There is more but, like it's a youtube comment so I won't say much else but, what the devs are doing is foolish. RH isn't going to last very long with the way the game is running.
Honestly I think it would be easier if Royale high made the items in the game cheaper. Heck I spent 3 years saving for 600k and spent 151k on 3 items in the new set.

I was looking at the player count.. 20k. That's extremely low for such a popular well known game that has been around for years. I remember before all this new laggy updates, the player count was soaring over 100k and more. I don't really know what happened to royale high, I guess we were blinded by the new shiny expensive stuff that we didn't realize what we were losing, and what we already had..
The sad thing about this is they don’t have plus-size items, we don’t need veiny arms, we don’t need vitiligo arms when most of the sleeves cover the arms, and around half of the players are 7-12 years old, obesity rates are going up, and I have seen many kids (looking around 9-12) talking about how insecure they are about their body. We shouldn’t promote obesity but we also shouldn’t promote being incredibly skinny, they need to make some sort of set with an overweight (not obese, I say that since it would probably make rh get tons of hate) bodice, heels and sleeves. its outrageous just HOW skinny the new “human arms” are, although they are diverse (Which is good) they are about half the size of many of the older sleeves.
Hiee! I'm one of the players of Royale High who played A LOT during 2018 and 2019. Trust me when I say that was really the golden age of Royale High. Personally, from my perspective atleast, I felt like the moment I saw the trading feature being added to the game, I knew that would change the game forever. Trading really overtook the entire game's playthrough. It didn't feel like a roleplaying game where you dress up and have fun- It just felt like another huge marketplace. I feel like the moment trading was added, most of the soul of the game began to get sucked out of it. It only got worse from 2020 and onwards. I tried to stay around in 2020 but after a while I just left. I just couldn't keep up with it as someone who is a free to play and casual player. 50k diamonds and for what? A piece of the set? It was mind blowing. There's simply no way I would spend hours and hours just to get one item from the set. For all the players still present in the community but planning to quit: Please just quit. There's so much you can do in the 24 hours of your day other than to waste time on a digital item that costs more than it should.
Played Royale High when it was still Enchantix High. Watched it go from a silly role playing fairy princess and mermaid game to a game about trading, grinding, and only being able to have fun and win if you have the best stuff which requires an insane amount of diamonds for literally anything... It's crazy and just not fun. This game is just collecting and grinding at this point. Can't even really play sunset Island if you don't have an insane inventory of items tbh.. It's sad.
I started playing in 2019. I saw the release of sunset island, the apartments, and now the new school. I used to roleplay, and made so many friends in this game. I had fun doing classes during those roleplays. But now, I typically cannot find anyone who's roleplaying. The items are so expensive now, and I once heard someone say it's "affordable", when 70k for some shoes and 20k for a bookshelf is pretty expensive. I find people being rude in a lot of the servers I join, and I'm saddened by the path this game has taken. And of course when the new boy body came out with the newer bodices, I couldn't tell it apart from the girls. And the new dorm hall update... yeah it feels empty compared to the previous one.
It’s really sad how Royale high has reached this point, now that it used to be so much more entertaining and now it’s just..not the enjoyment me and a lot more people desire. I understand that the devs have worked hard to make things in the game, but they aren’t listening to what the community wants. They overprice things too like 52k for a freakin chair. As you said in this video, Royale High devs are excluding a lot of people just because they aren’t girls. For some reason, they think that Royale High is only for girls and then they start to exclude males from the community. This is my opinion to all of this so please do not give hate.
As a kid i never understood the hype around the game, now when im older i tried to go on it like a few months ago and as someone who doesn’t know how it was like before i can def tell u that its bad now, the items r SO EXPENSIVE, i played the game just to make my own avatar n play for what the game is known ( going to school, dressing up , decorating dorm n all that) but even with events it was possible to afford anything
Maybe I’m just getting older but Royale high has gotten very boring for me. I’ve played since 2019 and I think it has lost the spark that it used to have. I only play now so I can grind to get sets and that’s about it.
If they want to up the prices on items they should make farming methods GIVE MORE DIAMONDS. Ive gotten to the point where after farming for an item when i decide to play royale high after quitting for some time i dont even feel as if the item was worth all the time and pain.

the whole new school was a flop, like ever since it came out I haven't touched the dorms. I still do not understand how to level up or even go to classes anymore, I honestly teleport to the 'old' one and just do my duties there. Also the prices are actually bugging cause the whole point of the game is to just grind diamonds which isn't fun at all. It's mostly children and teens who play the game so why are they trying to take the excitement out by making us work for everything. It's really sad and disappointing seeing how the whole game turned into a diamond-grinding simulation. How sad, I'm quitting and just won't bother to play the game anymore.

Then it did come out and I wasn't even excited I was like "Oh the school came out" Also the school I haven't even played it but that cutscene in the beginning is way too long. You can't even change your fairy type which is annoying as hell like Enchantix allowed you to do that. I hate the way the game became because if you want something everyone overprices it even if you have the correct amount. I know that's what trading is for but It ruined the game. Halos honestly suck to like what they do besides flex on the "less fortunate" people. Oh yeah they don't care either by giving us fake promises.
I used to love playing RH with my sister when I was 6-7 years old, we RP, did classes etc.. and all of the sudden it became boring.. I liked farming diamonds with my sis but now I don’t, it’s really hard. I miss the old Royale High.
They falsely banned me and won’t unban me. That’s enough for me to hate the game now tbh…. Their support is awful, the game isn’t new player friendly, they barely listen to their community. Preach inclusiveness while not being it. There’s too many issues for me to continue supporting Royale High. They need new staff/Dev’s. Why are players waiting MONTHS to get a email response? Why are players getting banned for giving or receiving free items? I played RH for 4 years and being falsely banned having everything I worked for taken away in an INSTANT….yeh, NO!
