1. How do you prop your camera in random places at the supermarket ? 😂
2. Is it safe cooking frozen fish directly in the pan before thawing? :o
I was curious about 2. as well. Maybe that's how it is supposed to be cooked (instead of defreezing the fish)

Thawing fish before hand reduces cooking time, but adds thawing time(make sure to thaw it in the fridge or using a cold water bath). Cooking while frozen takes longer, but more moisture is realsed( think of when you thaw a frozen chicken and there is all that juice) therefore it is not idea for pan frying but ideal for soups. This is true of most meats

Yep, fried rice for dessert. When I went to Seoul, me and my wife eat Jajang, the portion was so big that we couldn’t finish it. Then the waiter came and tell us there is a fried rice in our meal package for dessert. We were like “really??”

Well they have a lot of plastic surgery.
It's actually really typical for most of East Asia. Rhey package almost all produce in the supermarkets in plastic and its pre portioned. But to be fair they have superior recycling systems and its mandatory where in the states we just throw stuff away and choke dolphins.

I´m kinda disappointed how much unnecessary plastic she gets with the veggies. Like the Green onion and chives could just be tied by a string and the cabbage doesn't need any plastic at all. Why Korea. You have to wash it anyway don't waste so much plastic. It´s not her fault those are probably the only option when it comes to buying veggies. With plastic or none at all. That is just sad.

I always wondered how many times you re-do the recipes before posting them, the banana bread being a good example :) It's always fun to see what others come up with in such a simple dish, where little details can completely change the taste. I love to add blueberries (fresh, not frozen) to banana bread, to give some sweet acidity. Makes the bread more moist and juicy too ^^
You should make another one of these for some odd reason I love watching people go shopping for groceries
