Hi Saurabh - The formula you gave for calculating by subtracting 1000 per km is incorrect. Suppose Tukkuguda you have price 38K as you mentioned. Based on your calculation the price in Amangal will be Zero as it's more than 38 kms from ORR.
How can one say 5 km stretch along RRR will see appreciation.. price rise makes sense if its in the vicinity of 1-2 km of RRR interchanges for some commercial activity more than residential!

No you shouldn’t. There is no concept of a “NEW GP LAYOUT”. After the introduction of LRS-1, all first sales in GP layouts are stopped. Only resale is legal in old GP layouts. Please check relevant GOs by consulting a lawyer.
