I've seen these guys a few times but the latest was earlier this week opening for Slayer. I was there with my daughter celebrating her 17th birthday. I always love Cannibal Corpse live, intense as hell. George even gave my daughter one of their set lists.

And he uses the same tone, same vocal style all the way through. Wayyyyy preferable to the annoying ass high-screams to low-growls back and forth. It's like, great! You can do both vocal styles, congrats! But it sounds like two metal vocalists with different styles arguing back and forth - it's laughable. So yehhhh, I hate that shit and I'm glad Cannibal Corpse just sticks to straightforward heavy shite.
It calms down the anger devils in my consciousness and helps me get through my day without losing it on the endless line of unbelievable assholes I find myself working for.

This is like the American version of the Stockholm "buzzsaw" guitar sound. But less melodic and more raw. I can't get enough of the guitar tone on this album.

The brutal guitar riffs and tone are special and immediately stand out when you hear the song. The music produced from the guitars, bass, & drums; hell, even the vocals manage to not be comical and impossible to take seriously because you're laughing your ass off, as is the case with many vocalists of the genre - this track, and much of CC's music in general, but it's something special on this track, comes across like the official soundtrack for dismembering a body in your bathtub, or maybe burying the chinchilla you accidentally killed by getting carried away and raping it too hard/too fast. Not speaking out of personal experience or anything on that one, I swear - on god! I just heard something like that from this dude my friend knows - he's a real sicko!
