Thank you, Judy. I would not believe, I could watch 52 minutes long video on RUclips in one breath. Your ability to see, find or create beauty in or out of literally anything is so inspiring.
Great tutorials by JHH, if this helps anybody, I always start from a Jay Maisel perspective "Light, Colour and Gesture" it seems to help me with all the other compositional tools available to us
Thank you you clearly are an amazing talented young lady and I will be watching all your tutorials as I find you enchanting your photos in the way you explain things are 2nd to none.
Hello Judy, I really loved your presentation, I have learned a lot from you as far as the feminine side of photography plays a roll. Things like emotion, softness opened my eyes!
You are so very talented. You possess so much understanding and skill in structuring presentations of your lectures and teaching... your shooting and post production renderings are lovely - no doubt. If I may, listening to you read your material instead of speaking extemporaneously diminishes your otherwise prodigious gifts: you effectively neuter the power of your presentations and your personal agency. Beauty lies beyond the model you adhere to. There is more freedom in your oral expression. We are waiting to be moved by you, not your work.
Thanks for your very kind feedback, Victor. I actually wasn't reading from notes. I had a few point form notes so I wouldn't miss any important points, but I've been doing public speaking for 60 years; I realize my style is more formal that most RUclipsrs, but that's just me. I know my style won't be to everyone's taste, and that's okay. I'm just authentically who I am.
@@judyhancockholland8007 your efforts in the composition videos are hugely appreciated. Your clarity of speech is fine. I am learning a lot. many thanks.
Hi Judy, one question, some of the pics are in black backgrounds which will not distract the attention. How did you make it? it was finished in the studio with designed light? Thanks.
@@judyhancockholland8007 Thanks a lot for your help. Your presentation was really impressive for me as a beginner who always wants to catch more in the pic.

Do you have any podcasts? If not, us should.
Afraid not, Claude, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

I use black velvet as a background, and often use off camera flash to light my subject, which is a few feet away from the background.
