Bro actually in Karnataka the government provides free sanitary pads in rural areas. I once used it when I went to my village and it was actually good. And also this was a shocker for me that 70% of girls can't afford sanitary napkins. Many states should start doing the same thing.

Just I would like to convey, j took old and very old course in MIT open courseware chemistry.
And from university I studied from.
There is huge difference. I have never been to IIT so cannot cmnt on that, Indian online teaching material from govt is like 1980s doordarshan.
I went through that when I was preparing for PhD enterence test.
There is huge difference as per my view. It's not about the facility ( that is there of course)
Bt the course design, practical application, real world examples they try to put it in a certain way where you won't only learn but understand it's application in real world.
For example we all learn molarity, molality and normality, acid base and buffers.
How many of us really know it's practical application. I never knew until I took it's course.
Every 12 th class student who is having difficulties to understand chemistry should take classes from MIT open courseware for free.

Also the amount of competition to get into the iits is too much.
Yes going into harvard stanford or mit is hard but there are various other colleges abroad that are also good(but very costly).
And also if you are from 3rd teir college like myself then you are doomed(if not prepare by yourself).No permanent faculty , late classes , sometimes no classes, no guarantee of completion of course.
