    GSP is really showing the truth. There’s zero BS in those teachings. It’s almost as if he’s giving away his secrets

      It's awesome. He's already regarded as one of the greatest martial artists to ever walk the planet (and with a specialty, which is almost old fashioned nowadays).
      Him teaching everything he's learned, especially to the kids, is going to elevate everyone's skill and knowledge in the sport to a massively high level.
      Like yo, here's my cheat code book for fighting. Those fighters with lots of time will use it to find something better and we'll see it in full contact and it'll blow everyone's mind.
      I hope DJ does this as much as possible when he's ready to hang up his gloves, because that dude also has so much to teach.

    See, up here in the Great White North, everyone assumes that GSP's favorite reindeer is Rudolph, but in reality, it's Blitz-in

    I’m not an MMA guy but more of a ‘TMA guy’ but love the details of GSP in the footwork, timing and tactics. Don’t think all of the people in the group are ready for the level yet, but he is really transparent and open in teaching. Intelligent and good man from what i see.

    Being able to read a telegraphed strike is so crucial for this. GSP is no joke this is very effective but it takes much practice to read your opponent.

    GSP was fighting 1 weight class above all this time. He looks more like a 155er.

      He's lost alot of weight since he's been doing intermittent fasting, plus he's older and not training competively....which basically he's lost some muscle mass

      Guys were just smaller back then. Aldo used to be a featherweight and is now a bantamweight. GSP and khabib are comparable in size

    Love this guy , but tbh, nothing he fights looks like karate

    • @honigdachs.
      @honigdachs. 7 дней назад

      How so? He's showing some textbook karate concepts here. The way how he visually disguises what his actual distance is, the footwork, the interception with the cross - it's typical karate stuff.
