Property & cars has been a huge influence on my life but here i explain how i was able to buy multiple properties and luxury cars then leave my full time job.
As my RUclips channel is growing i feel its important for all of you to understand me more as we grow and smash new goals!

Every parent that has kids who think they can just become a RUclips sensation needs to show them this video. I've just discovered you from the recent Murcialago videos, and just love how you are diving in head first to the unfamiliar. This story is inspiring and shows what dedication and drive can achieve.
Most kids should not dream about making money in RUclips, I guess one in a million will make it. Especially in the long run. MA has great personali, rare skills + his DAD.

Was thinking the same thing. I set my goal the start of the pandemic, to save enough to buy my first, well, not supercar, but to me it's the next best thing - a porsche panamera. With being in a position to work through it, I set out and said to to myself I'm going to work 7 days a week straight for a year and see how that goes, which I started 7 days from around May. I'm more than halfway their in achieving it with alot saved, but with working 7 days took its toll a bit 6 months in, felt like I was on the go all the time, started with anxiety and anytime the TV went on nothing but dismal news. Cut to today, I said my goal is june/July and I'm more than on track to buying it. Definately about focus and determination. if you really want something it's pretty possible if you set realistic enough goals. It was actually Jay who runs the cannon run, can find him on insta good content who actually inspired me to get to where I am. After seeing this is pretty inspiring and very true. Never made a RUclips video as I just don't think I've anything original to contribute, but matt your contents great and after seeing this pretty inspirational to alot of folks out there with goals. Once my cars bought the next goal is to go on the cannon run mega run. A driving trip through a few European countrys on some. Of Europe's finest driving roads. Its expensive but its definately a supercar experience that will be memorable. Probably end up coming over to the UK to purchase the car mid this year some stage Keep living the dream. Martin. Been on this channel since pretty much the beginning and I was drawn in because you’re genuine and the amateur part of your knowledge of how to fix cars made me think I could work on my 1 Series 120 sport (and I’ve started my own mods now-thanks to this channel). You’re a likeable guy and it’s clear to see you love what you do. You work hard and now you’re reaping the rewards. I’m a firm believer of you get what you work for. Wow Mat! I started with the Aston as a new subscriber and just watched this - what an amazing story and so honest. It's made me have a good old think about what I do and how much fun I have 'working'. Congrats on everything you've worked so hard for and built. @Mat Armstrong Did you get your level 2 in mechanics first before you started working for a garage fixing normal cars? I’ve asked places for work and I’ve been told they can’t legally employ me til I’m 18 and have my level 2 qualification

Shame that I work and sacrifice so much with friends and family and yet some people like yourself put it down to “rich parents” if I had rich parents o wouldn’t of had to work multiple jobs for years and years and sacrifice so much time
@@MatArmstrongbmx Well lets assume you left school at 16, and worked flat out for 5 years saving an astronomical £1000 a month, on top of your usual bills, by the age of 21 you would have saved £60,000. The average house in the UK costs £290,000. So your maths just don't add up for one house, let alone 4.

Went self employed a coupe years ago, not looked back. It's amazing being your own boss and just doing what you want when you want.....being able to just take a day off when needed and make sure no work is booked is great.
Went from a 1.4L diesel fiesta to a £17k van and a £16k Focus ST within 8 months. Now looking for a nice Lotus Exige or Elise for a nice weekend and car show car! Selling the fiesta after a very good innings it's done, reliable. And very tidy for a 14 year old car.
