Simple Human touch-less trash can unboxing and review

My wife and I picked this up and thought we would give you our thoughts. My wife loves it...I think it is cool. If it had not been a gift we would not have purchased it for ourselves. It is a great way to keep your kitchen more sanitary though

The trash can that opens automatically is interesting. I also have one. There are many kinds of trash cans in the world! The video was very interesting. I will come to play again. With love from Japan :)

Ordered one for my mum as MOTHER'S DAY GIFT. She loves throwing rubbish. So, ordered slightly a bigger one for her so that she can throw more rubbish in the house. Hope she would love it as a MOTHER'S DAY GIFT which she really asked for. I always like to give something different for those who ask for it.

Does it work if you have no batteries in and only plug in

no plug in option, only battery. and no foot trigger to open it up without battery

What about when your hand are dirty or dripping liquid from whatever and in order throw something away you have to wave your hand over the lid thus dripping food residue or whatever on the trash can... just another mess to clean up

any motion will make the trash can open, I have walked by it and it has opened. No waving required (I mean you can wave if you want to...the can would likely enjoy the acknowledgement), but just hold your hand over the sensor is enough to make it open.

yeah bought it new at target when they were first coming out....funny story...my wife grandmother saw this thing and insisted that we "needed" it....so we get a $100 in the mail with the expectation that she would see the trashcan in our house the next time she came over.....do not rebuff the will of the Nana!!!..
