Good vid 👏🏽💪🏽 but how many times do you think we should do it in a week?
Antes de hacer esta rutina, ¿recomiendas hacer un calentamiento muscular? de qué tipo. Un saludo desde 🇪🇸
bc of you i got so quick, I have gained some weight now since i was enjoying myself too much, but im still faster and quicker than my friends
Love to hear that!
Hello I want to incorporate these exercises into a workout program, my question is for 1 full session how many exercises would I need to do to hit all the main Athletic Components - Stability, Speed, Agility, Strength, Power?
Also, since I am in season right now and am usually Training Tuesday, Thursday + I do Individual Training on no training days, When should I train and how many times per week to not overtrain since I already am quite sore after practice.
Edit: Sometimes I have practice Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. If that happens I also wanted to know when should I train. Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my long question, I appreciate you taking time to answer my question and thanks for your response.
can you do something for upper body in football?
Should someone who out shape start with the phase 1? Or should first do basic plyometrics?
Best plyometrics for soccer players to improve speed and jumping ?
Can I do these in season?
How often should we do this?
can i do this as “plyometrics” before a leg day
Yes, I’d suggest choosing about 2-3 exercises and doing that!
What I will do as workout:
Bulgarian Lateral Jumps Hurdle - 2X4 Each Leg 2:13
Lateral Shuffle Plates - 3X10 sec 0:38
Lateral Ankle Hops on Plates Hold Bar - 2X10 Reps Each Leg 6:03
Lateral Hurdles Fast - 3X10 sec 4:13
should we do all exercises in a session or we need to choose maybe a half of this and do it?
Good question. Just choose half and do it bro
bro can you explain, is ronaldo physique is good for football perfomance on field or nah, if not, witch football player i can take as a example

Most definitely. Movement is key
@@adonisharrison4 so should I do them before or after, and is doing 3-4 of those exercises fine?
This is great! Love what you do and what you teach. I am looking to purchase one of your programs for my two teenage kids, both soccer players. Need to work on speed, agility and ankle/hip mobility & strengthening. What do you suggest?
How often should we do this?
At least 1x a week
