Man, I love the Dread Saurians even if they struggle so much. I wish CA would buff at least the mass so they don't get stuck on everything.
I was playing against someone who brought the Shredder of lustria 2 units of sisters and a net killed it before it even hit my line (large unit size)
They got buffed a bit this last patch, maybe they will get so again in the future. But in melee they are ok now, buffing them more in that aspect would just make them 2 op because they just delete anything they come across. Their only weakness (and a huge one) is the ranged ap or ranged with giant killer, the removal of their stagger to ranged was huge because before it was just horrible vs anything ranged ( now it's just bad) but still something like a 25% ranged resist instead of 15% should put it in a good spot.

@@garretth8224 The getting stuck thing might be just a bug and not a mass problem. Because when it gets stuck on infantry if you right click behind them it will just go through them like nothing.
@@ZafrasF 5 empire swordsmen, which cost less overall than one feral dread saurian will win against one. because dread suarian will hit only 12 swordsmen per collision attack (when it moves around) with a 10 sec cooldown. it just sucks when dealing against alot of infantry unit.

@@ZafrasF What other race? the coolest races left are gonna be in game 3. All the rest are human factions with some monsters just like araby. Cathay, DoW.. and i think thats it. Halfings are never getting added as their own faction.

Is Med II really that good? I only own Empire, and medieval aways seemed too old, but ppl keep saying its an exelent game.
When you get 3k points for being the last person alive, a 3k lead is not really a commanding lead when your army is wiped out.

I've been the person in the middle of a two army front a few times. I find it best to retreat my army so that my back is facing neither army, which forces them to engage one another as well. Sometimes I'll try and take armies being attacked by either force and run them into each other so that the other armies engage.

One issue I have with the Dread Saurian is that it can't/won't run. In the trailer we saw one catch up to a War Wagon. Then it charged right at the Empire forces. It should be running.
would a 10 second focus target on attack orders help solve some of the single entity units problems i can see it being a problem if it lasted too long but at least that way itll try to get a attack or two when you tell it to attack something without having to kill your mouse with spam clicking

Single entity units not being able to properly focus targets, when they are surrounded by enemy infantry, could be argued to be an intentional weakness.

Are there any mods that add gold costs to all units in campaign battles? I have trouble remembering so could I know if throwing my expensive units at a tough foe is worth it

The thing that i find more annoying is how in the middle of a volleys my archers stop and randomly run into melee or just full stop and sit there.
I have never had that issue.

ik this is old but this is a key reason in campaign that i choose to play stuff that has a lot of melee options

11:06 what about some sort of forced order mechanic? You can give a regular movement/attack order and it''ll work just as it does now, or you can give a forced movement/attack order and the unit will try and complete that order no matter what (unless you give it a new order or it routs/dies). Would save a lot of, in my opinion, needless and frustrating micro. I don't think a whole lot of people find spamclicking to get your order through very fun.

My opinion of the lizardmen before the dread saurian, meh cool race concept but they lack a big monster for me to like them.
After they got the dread saurians, sorry Norsca and VC but Lizardmen are my new favourite faction now.

free for all is a game mode in Warhammer 2, it doesnt require mods. you can host a game yourself by switching Land Battle to Free for All

TK player didn't engage until 4 minutes. There should be more incentive in FFA to stop players hanging back - hold ground in centre of map perhaps
You could have went to fight the Tomb Kings instead of chasing after Brettonia.
Bretonnia isn't exactly built for online FFA.
