Kruggsmah made an adventurer in one of his old series' where he passed on his werelizard curse to as many people as he could, then they started passing it onto others. IIRC he ended up having to abandon that world because basically so many of his migrants ended up being werelizards that making new fortresses wasn't feesable cause once a month all the residents would kill each other.
A few observations.. Were-Mammoth sprite is the coolest thing ever, Mugs'O'Blood is a great name for a tavern and "a period of extended hardship" is a goal worth striving for. Thanks again for inviting us on an excursion into your imagination. Cheers!
I just rewatched your monster fort video to see you uploaded this one! I started a new fort in the beta branch for adventure mode and I'm trying to get my favorite dwarves to drink the new healing liquid and i think I just found out how. my other plan is tainting a well with the strange liquid to see if it works. other wise I've got a lot of goblets to hand out lol
I love how much things can change from world to world, one of my first worlds was plagued with weretortoise. Every migrate wave would bring at least 1 person that was afflicted. That may have been my fault because I was to kind to kill anyone that was sick so I would send them away.

The dwarves were attacked by a forgotten beast that had deadly dust that caused their skin and eyes to slough off
