    This case will be solved once Lollipop calls the cousin of the ex boyfriend of the sister of the janitor, who ten years ago, worked at the bar next to the waterfall. Once we get there, the prosecutor will prove its case. Also, we need the weather man of the news in Florida to explain why snow is different than a hurricane.

And that guy wasn't in the house is consistent with the information given to police day 1. Understand that u find the text disrespectful, but it is consistent. It baffles me that two days after the body was discovered they initially arrested her, they arraigned her the next day.... And then another two days after the arraignment they found the 45 pieces of the taillight? And the first person to see it was the neighbor/family friend/brother's campaign contributor/other brother's boss/police captain? That feels so fishy.

    The pieces of tail light weren't found 'till after Proctor had possession of Karen's car - though they could've come from any vehicle. There's no proof they're from Karen's.
    It's noteworthy that John's injuries aren't consistent w/ a vehicle/pedestrian collision. They're consistent w/ a fist fight & dog attack. The accident reconstruction expert independently hired by Federal investigators confirmed this - proving that the Commonwealth's theory is wrong. Furthermore, Karen's car had no damage. Not a dent (aside from the cracked tail light, which video shows occurred @ 5am when Karen backed out to go search for John). The damage a vehicle would sustain from colliding forcefully with a 6'2", 200lb man is strikingly missing from Karen's vehicle.
    Every witness testified Karen showed no signs of being intoxicated & had a clear beverage. They also all stated Karen and John were "lovey-dovey" and having a great time that night.
    A man was found deceased on Brian Albert's lawn, and NOBODY in his home at the time was ever investigated. The home was NEVER searched. Witnesses went uninterviewed for months & even years! Trooper Proctor's text messages to friends revealed that the Alberts *wouldn't be investigated* due to the fact that Brian was "a Boston cop." His texts also revealed that his sister texted him that "Julie Albert wanted to buy him a thank-you gift" after Karen Read was indicted for the crime. He told his sister Julie could get his wife a gift instead.
    As for a "cover-up," only 5 people needed to be "in on it" - The 3 ppl in the house who beat John up, the brother of one of them (Officer Kevin Albert), and their good buddy Proctor. Everyone else just followed the usual "cop in trouble" protocol (covering for their fellow brothers in blue). Proctor had no oversight - what he said happened - happened.
    It's been revealed that Troopers Proctor & Bukkake misrepresented the facts & fabricated statements in their reports. Trooper Proctor is presently under investigation for impropriety because of how he handled the Karen Read investigation. For example, he violated her 4th Amendment right by unlawfully searching her phone. The FBI is investigating this investigation & the DA because of how unethical they were throughout this process.
    The Good Ole Boys Club of 1st Responders in Norfolk County is common-knowledge & well-documented. Taking Officer John O'Keefe's life is the 3rd time (that we know of) that members of the Albert family have received special treatment & gotten away with heinous crimes scott-free.

    • @-c3202
      @-c3202 14 дней назад +5

      Yeah I think a lot of people are assuming that everyone in the house would need to have known the details and be actively lying about seeing a murder or something like that, but really most people would just be immediately contradicting anything that would seem to implicate their friends. You can see it a bit when MM prevaricates about whether John had a coat; he doesn't know which is better for his side so he leaves it open. It can very much be the culture in a lot of fields, such as the cops, the military, and even healthcare (especially surgery.)

    • @PhoebeMc
      @PhoebeMc 14 дней назад

      Absolutely & that's exactly what most people are saying!! Too the extent someone on X said , " Come on! You can't really believe all these people are lying!" Well, yes. They are but... they aren't deliberately lying as to the facts, as they're not completely aware of what transpired but yes they are lying to the extent they're making sure nothing derogatory is said about the thin blue line! It's obvious something happened that night in the house. Something involving John O'Keefe & the Albert's but no he wasn't killed by an automobile. That's abundantly obvious. At least to me. The people who are still saying KR is guilty & they know if evidence proving it are working for the commonwealth, friends of, covering for the Albert's, or, like in the case of Depp v Heard, aren't watching & want their facts to be true irregardless of what IS true & what happened!! I have a theory & while it may not be totally accurate, I do feel sure it's a lot more accurate than anything the state has put forth and/or is trying to project.
      Your statement is the best summary I've seen to date & is 100% accurate and very well said. Thank you for taking the time!!

    Where I am right now, there was a tussle between Colin and John, might not have been that bad in of itself, but the dog jumped in; maybe John fell and hit his head. Rather than fess up to this mess, the drunk Albert clan decided it would be better to let the outsider die in the snow and they've been scrambling to cover it ever since. I also think that Jen was trying to "suggest" to Karen that she hit John and then Karen was yelling "I hit him?! I hit him?!". I also think that Jen had a hand in crafting their cover story and is trying to hit all her story points in her testimony. That's how I feel with the testimony thus far. All I'm SURE about is the Albert clan is hiding SOMETHING that matters. Oh, and it snowed. And the Canton police department is incompetent.

    • @PhoebeMc
      @PhoebeMc 14 дней назад +2

      I agree with you nearly 100%. The only disagreement I have is being so easy on Canton PD as to say they're incomplete. They are, of course, but I believe it goes further than that, having heard an ex DEA agent's take on the events that transpired that fateful night. I believe when Brian Higgins went to Canton PD & clocked in at 1:30 a.m., he did so to begin the cover up. He began to work the phones, so to speak, & get those who were to be in duty the next morning lined up doing what needed to be done to "mess up" the investigation so completely & totally, it couldn't be resurrected. So that even when the KR mess shook out one way or another, no other body of law enforcement could put it together what actually did transpire. Hence, the guy that was on dispatch having no good recent to leave to go to the scene. The investigation muddi & sullied everything to the point the hour is no one, aside from those involved, can ever know what hairball happened. That they set out to frame Karen & are so callous as to be willing to put an innocent woman in prison shakes me to my core but I also know it's fine every day somewhere with no that's for someone life. It's very, very sad, really, but I also think there's no way Auntie Bev would dare dismiss this case. She finally got a case with this much limelight and she's not backing down. She was asked by both the pros & the defense for a continuation and Bev refused. No way is she going to allow this to get away from her while she can get in frt of a TV screen, she's going to.
      All that being said, the absolute worst thing that could happen for Karen Read is for this case to be dismissed. In such a case, she could never hope to recoup her loses, regain her reputation, et al. If she's acquitted on the other hand she can sue ever involved in this case & do the circuit & let everyone know who'll listen what REALLY happened.
      Anyway, what you said is closer to what I've believed for awhile & I'd say more believe these things than other options. It's just a very sad situation but from where I sit, Karen WILL be exonerated and WILL get her life back, tho it will take time & meanwhile she's gotta be going thru hell I can't even begin to imagine!! I feel so badly for her & for the 2 children who've been shuttled from one place to another like so much luggage. I'm here for it & thank you!! Hopefully the Feds will nail all this down!! One can hope!!

    Funny pet story from a uni friend xD
    He had two cats, a female one name Mika and a male one named Satan. Satan was a big black cat with yellow eyes. The friend lived with his parents at the time. They were preparing a Sauerbraten for dinner the next day, so it was marinating in the fridge over night. The next day they come into the kitchen to make breakfast and there was a lid broken on the floor and the fridge door open, the roast was gone. They thought they had closed the fridge but weren't so sure.
    So they made another Sauerbraten, put it in the fridge and kept an eye on it. Some time at night that day Satan jumped up on the counter beside the fridge (keep in mind it's a one door fridge, not a big american one), uses his claws to open the fridge door, uses one claw to take the lid off of the container and throw it on the floor outside the fridge. He then gabbed the meat and ran off.
    Satan was nice enough to share the second Sauerbraten with his friend Mika but my friend and his family put an extra lock on the fridge door after that xD
    (And the cat he got after that was prone to steal the bread of the sandwich but not the saussage on it.)

    My best dog/forbidden food story! We have always adopted ex-racing greyhounds. They often need to be introduced to things like grass and stairs and different surfaces. Back in the 90s, our dog Jack HATED linoleum, which made it really easy to keep him out of the kitchen.
    My ex-stepdad got cocky one year at Thanksgiving and left the turkey unattended on the counter. Jack miraculously overcame his hatred of linoleum and was eye-level with the counter, so no one had a chance 😂

    To me, no matter who hit John, Jen Mccabe is at fault as well. If I invited someone to meet me somewhere, and even sent a location: I will call them untill I get undeniable confirmation. I will call them over and over again. And my first thought will be an accident and they need help. When I meet people I don't assume they're a no-show. I need confirmation. She sent a location. That's way above a verbal agreement to meet. A location pin is not vague. A check in should be necessary at that point.

    To me, pulling someone out of the window of a car because they didn't stop when you directed them is a huuuge escalation. You need to be able to keep your head in a situation where you have been injured and deescalate, or even just yell at him to get out of the car instead of pulling him head first through a window which could seriously injure someone

    2:44:35 This is actually happening a lot. The prosecutor will have someone gesture or direct the jury’s attention to a photo or something, and will not make any note of it for the record. And when Jackson tried to do it with the Cousin Vinny witness (I forget his name, sorry dude) it got objected to. How else is the record supposed to reflect what they are confirming or pointing to or gesturing about if it is not stated for the record? Can the court reporter just add that for the record, I wouldn’t think so but maybe with oral steno it’s easier? It feels improper though to be having the witnesses refer something in evidence to the jury and indicate things that don’t get marked down for the record. If this trial ever ends up at an appeal that’s going to be a mess.
    Edit for spelling, I typed too fast.

    "Tell them that the guy never went in the house" was for those who saw John in the house, to maintain the same narrative that had already been devised and save their skin. Because there is no other explanation for those messages. You don't have to tell someone that in an interrogation because the person has to testify what they know and witnessed, not what someone else tells them to say.

    Rob, you couldn't have a better friend than Ian Runkle. Because there's still a too much people pleasing going on. Which is endearing, do not misunderstand. Ear infections can be really painful but I'm sure we all really appreciate what you endure for the fans. Emily's great as well, fierce too but as ADHD'rs go a good soul. But Runcle and you really compliment each other. Sensible and sensitive...respectful of each other and I always really enjoy the interaction. It makes me feel like I'm not so awkward and actually rather special. I've been in and out of the hospital these last couple of months but that's nothing compared to some persons that were mentioned on the show. Just goes to show there are people dealing with real misfortune and yet they find the courage to keep up high spirits and I wish them all the best. So sorry if my grammar isn't what it should be but I'm Belgian and all I wanted was to give a big shout out to those that write about the struggles they are facing. A very big hello to everyone. keep up the good work and know all efforts and humor is much appreciated. 🫶🫶🫶🐣🐥🐤🍀🍀🍀

    The ONLY evidence we’ve seen so far that looks bad for defense, if we take the witness testimony as absolute gospel, is the morning that Karen is freaking out she says she left him at the bar but immediately knows where to find him. The only reason they didn’t go straight there was the other women who wanted to search his house. Once they get to the Alberts’ house, despite him being particularly buried she immediately spots him.
    It’s sus AF, but doesn’t prove she hit him (intentionally or otherwise), and also requires that we take one of the witnesses at her word, which I personally don’t.

As a result, that character has a history of kicking doors so hard that they literally fly off their hinges and instantly kill any enemy who happens to be in their path- including, in one instance, a boss fight.

Seems (and feel free to correct me) that a human body is too soft to cause a piece of plastic to shatter into so many pieces at any of the velocities the incident may have involved. Maybe, just seems more like something you'd expect from hitting something relatively hard like another vehicle.

    • @ThatRedhedd
      @ThatRedhedd 14 дней назад +6

      That's true, and a very rational perspective!
      I believe that a "cover-up" is nowhere near as complex as one might imagine. In Law Enforcement, rank holds a ton of weight, and politics (or one's desire to further one's own career) is enough to get anyone to "stand down" and look the other way. The lead investigator was a close friend of the family. Nobody besides him needed to be in on it. He simply steered the investigation a particular way, and his comrades didn't argue with his theory of the crime. The impropriety throughout the investigation is public knowledge!
      The same goes for how Brian Albert, the eldest sibling with a well-known propensity for violence, leads his family. One word from him, and everyone falls in line. They just do what they're told and don't need to be IN ON why they're doing or saying anything. Also, some families really would do _anything_ for each other to save them from prison.
      Although there's plenty of circumstantial evidence that invalidates the Commonwealth's allegations, I'm confident Karen is innocent primarily because of the actual physical evidence (or lack thereof). The damage a vehicle would sustain from colliding forcefully with a 6'2", 200lb man is strikingly missing from Karen's vehicle.
      John's injuries aren't consistent with being hit by an SUV - they're consistent with a fist fight & dog bites (though I acknowledge Lally hasn't wanted to bring any of that in yet, and my knowledge was derived from pre-trial motions).

    • @serenetiv
      @serenetiv 14 дней назад +3

      I have so many questions and doubts, idk where to start xD But probably the shoddy investigation alone should've been enough to not charge or get her found not guilty. I wonder how a motion to dismiss will go with this Judge and everything...
      It's also kinda.. "funny" (not in a humourus way) how controversial this trial is for some people. Like the harassment of LYK, Alyte, Runkle.. I saw someone in Emily's chat yesterday, too. I only watch the trial, not the pre-trial motions and stuff but with the prosecution not even having proven Officer John O'Keefe died no less how he died, it's really hard to be "yeah she's guilty".
      And after Matt McCabe's texts a conspiracy is... it's still unlikely but more likely than it was at the start of trial, to me. I can see how one would interpret it that way even if I'm not certain that it's the truth.
