This is the European part of Turkey hence beautiful. Majority of Turkey comes under Asia which is still developing.
Plus European part is more liberal...you can see couples holding hands and sitting together in public in Istanbul. This never happens in more conservative Asian parts.
Asian areas surrounding Syria and Kurdish regions are a treat indeed...but everyone just visits Istanbul and Agean sea
