It would be impossible to feature everything…but this compilation is brilliant both in the selection, text for each, drone footage and commentator’s delivery! Nicely done!
@MR-ub6sq, Yes, I learnt that the pyramids, each was built, as a burial place for different Pharaohs, who ruled over Egypt, at different period of times.
Some say it's not like that. On the other hand - what does it matter if they were grave sites or not. There are much more significant flaws in the history of Egypt, such as the 150...200 year error related to the departure of the people of Israel - the slaves of the Egyptian pharaoh. It is a time that the guardians of Egyptian history try to hide as closely as possible. After all, it is rather embarrassing that the pharaoh, who was considered a god, and his army enter his destruction while chasing the millions of people who were their slaves to build cities for the pharaoh.
A wonderful video full of great and amazing places. It is admirable to watch so much beauty of exquisite architecture of different cultures and styles from ancient times to the most recent. I am in awe watching this video, and I saved it to watch it again and again. LOVE ancient history, ancient art, ancient architecture, it is fascinating to me. And this video has it all. THANK YOU for a fascinating and marvelous presentation. I enjoyed 100%. 🙌👏👍😍🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
God if i was a millionaire i would just travel and see history. Im jelous of the wealthy traveling. I love history places so much with rome and Egypt. A girl can dream.
An excellent selection of the many diverse, beautiful, impressive, momentous, stately, awe-inspiring, towering and majestic structures taken from all four corners of our world. Cest Magnifique!💯👏👏👏
Wow, amazing places. The world has so much to offer. I walked the Camino de Santiago last year and the churches and cathedrals around the country were amazing. These wonders are truly fascinating.
Spain has a lot of beautiful churches, cathedrals and buildings. You can go to Barcelona and you will see most of it, like the Sagrada de Familia. Congratulations for the Camino walk.
Wishing all the viewers and fellow travelers a life filled with exciting adventures, remarkable destinations, and cherished memories. May your journeys be as extraordinary as you are! ✨🌍
Interesting collection, but I’m astonished there was no structure introduced from ancient Persia with over 2500 years of history and a lot of historical monuments and structures. May be you should’ve researched more.
Thank you. I am so disappointed that as usual, they tend to overlook the rich history and culture of ancient Persia. Although to be fair, No 89 was Bam in Iran but a shame there was no mention of the old Persepolis. There are many historical architectural marvels located in Iran that could’ve been added here 😢
The Cliff Dwellings in Mesa Verde national park in Colorado are amazing! They're well worth seeing, and they aren't over crowded. The Panama Canal allows ships to cross between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Why does he say that it elemenated the need to sail around the Cape of Good Hope of Africa?
They didn't miss anything they put on here what they wanted to. Do you know how many hundreds of hours this video would be if they put everything on here that man has ever made?
@@juarezderrick9647 Her point, with which I agree, is not that they forgot, but that Mesa Verde deserved to be included, and they perhaps exercised inattentive judgement. Yeah, obviously the list could be endless, but curation is an important responsibility.
How does someone choose which are worth mentioning and which aren't. They're all a part of all of us and our ancestors. Too had we weren't allowed the truth of all our history.
Correction: In # 48 the narrator stated the Panama Canal is used to save sailing time around tip of S. Africa, but it was to save time sailing around S. America!
Wonderful collections of man made wonders of the world however i cant help but wonder how the famous Banaue Rice Terraces in the Philippines Norther Mountain Province carved by hand by the regions Ifugao tribes dating back 2000 yrs along its mountain ranges not included in your lists. It is quite breathtaking to say the least.
i been at Meteora and from close its unreal.maybe the most interesting thing i ever seen at my life and i traveled a lot .also i think Greece is so amazing country ,maybe is small but to see everything u will need a life time.
8:08 if you clap at the base of the structure it echo's back with an exact sound of a native bird they idolised. pretty incredible knowledge of sound frequency and geometry.
It got to a point where I clicked on the settings and slowed the playback speed to 0.75 because every single thing being shown was just absolutely stunning and I wanted to take it all in. I could have paused it I guess, but it would have taken forever to make it through the video. I want to see videos on each individual place shown here.
I'm wondering how they builded big buildings with huge heavy stones and on the edges of high mountains, thousands of years ago? Amazing! Maybe with Aliens help?🤔
In those days? Only possible when lives were sacrificed. Forced labor forces had to hoist heavy blocks of rocks, of course. Then, sadly, there was not any record of such sacrifices of human lives.
So very sad majority of these treasures were all created by faith based and dedication to God, peace AND LOVE. YET TODAYS SOCIETY has these beautiful reminders and have deserted there reminders and meanings. In all Countries. We have learned nothing. Our world is choosing evils. Thank you for your work to share these wonders the so many will ever experience. Your photography is excellent and the narration is so informative. I truly pray we will find our way back.
I totally enjoyed tthis documentary but I wish that the Citadelle La Ferriere Located in the Nothern city Cap-Hatien was also included as it was built shortly after the 1804 Independence of Haiti by King Henry Christophe.
Perhaps the most remarkable feat is #49 at 45:30, give or take a few seconds. How the stone could become so malleable as to appear smiling and winking… it’s beyond me! I’ll stick to whittling.
I agree. The native American dwellings all over the Southwestern United States. Especially in Arizona. Tonto National Monument or the Gila Cliff dwellings
I think you should include kailash temple in top 10 disppite include Statue of unity in 11 because it is built in modern time but kailash temple largest monothlic structure and single rock cut to build this temple it is wonder of the world architecture still not believe this mysterious structure
You didnt mention that there are hunter-gatherers living with us today. Many goat and sheep farmers in Iran are nomadic people. Same as Mongol china. Just because there was evidence of hunter-gatherers in the ancient past, doesnt mean everyone was living like that. Just because evidence is missing, doesnt mean advanced people didnt exist in the ancient past

Beautiful movie. Except one thing really bothered me. The open sometimes little trembling mouth of the actor , who represents the Dalai Lama. Which gives an impression. of weakness While the real Dali Lama is a very strong person.. Standing strong in His all embracing Love and Compassion.
I don't know about the other but yes, the Panama canal is sometimes called the 8th wonder cuz it was an engineering marvel. You'd have to read or watch its documentaries to know.
Archeologist won't tell you that things that were built on top of Mountains where there is "no water", were most likely built when the water from the great flood, had not receded yet.... obviously, as the water receded, they moved downhill. In some of these mountain side cave dwellings they have holes in the stones that most likely were the place that they docked their boats. And it also makes floating the large stones for transporting them, highly likely. And the pyramids, that were built, were originally built as large food storage buildings or silos, would have you, for the purpose of cataclysmic events, then later, were likely repurposed as tombs.
Its clear that you believe, and rightly so, in the bible's account of the global flood that took place about 3000 BCE. However the book of Genesis says that Noah and his family were only on the ark about 1 year and were the only people alive when they emerged from the ark. So it is impossible for those buildings to be built while the water was receding.
The labor used to construct these structures is mind boggling!!!
Если ты это читаешь, то знай, всё у тебя будет хорошо. Ты со всем справишься, и преодолеешь все жизненные трудности. Не грусти, и не унывай.
Thank you!

Some of the information is inaccurate.....As for the pronunciation...😩
That was TMI. That was ok until we approached the nineties. About forty minutes TOO long. Torturous to finally get to the END. Sorry!
I caught that too, said Cape Horn South Africa 😂
