Making Hay at Pride Ranch....Get the Grass Cut

Preparing for the winter. There was excess winter rye grass at Pride Ranch. I could let it go dormant or make hay. I was fortunate to find someone who knew how to make hay. The first step is to cut the grass. This video covers that topic. The next video will cover the final two steps and that is to rack the grass and then bale it.

God bless. The windrower makes life easier for sure. Have you ever thought about raising pigs in the corner area Where you didn’t bale hay. Simple setup with electric wire will do. Just food for thought

I hadn’t thought about pigs. I have considered chickens. Thinking of a mobile chicken coup.

I watch all length is it something I like but i would say 15 min atleast. But I see that you posted 2 more hay videos I would have just added them all together lol But I’m not making the videos just here trying to learn more about cows
