The PGA TOUR continues on the West Coast this week for the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines Golf Club. For the third-straight year, this event will be played from Wednesday through Saturday. Max Homa returns this week to defend his title. Alongside winning the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa in November, Homa has not finished worse than T21 since missing the cut at the Travelers Championship last June. Xander Schauffele will also be in California this week. He’s making his ninth start in San Diego where his best finish was T2, five shots off the winner in 2021. The American claimed T10 at The Sentry and T3 last week at The American Express to start the new season. Australian Min Woo Lee will also be in California this week after closing out 2023 winning twice in his last five events worldwide, including victories in Macau and Australia. He’ll be looking to improve on the T21 he managed last week at The American Express. Others to look out for are Collin Morikawa, Patrick Cantlay and Sungjae Im.

Appreciate you showing some of the critical mistakes. Often the "highlights" are all positive highlights and so you miss out on some of the crucial moments and you wonder how the leader lost 3 strokes in between holes
after 5 years of the comment section bitching, they are getting better.

I just love seeing great talents like Pavon who came over from the DPWT winning PGA tour events, and having Hojgaard right behind him is just awesome. A fully European final group in California, I don't know why but it makes me so happy.

Nah its good. No longer is it just a random assortment of shots but a story of throughout the day. Did they need to do it, maybe not, but it shows the new guys intentions of the highlights rather than what it was before

PGA tour is brutal rn. If they don’t get Anthony Kim they’re finished. When’s the last time the Top 5 at a big event were guys nobody’s ever heard of?

The glorious PGA tour.... Overtaken by European players. The complete podium is from good old Europe and 4 from them in top 10. The day will come the officials will cry about their decision opening the tour for dp world tour players.... You also can see the total senseless of the OWGR because the European players are overall way better than they are listed there. But it's PGA politics giving nearly zero points to dp world tour tournaments so that this players never can climb the official list and quality for the main tournaments. And they ate also never invited to the top events like the memorial... Thomas Pieters wasn't on their list as the world number 48.... The best players are already on the LIV tour active, but monahan and his circle doesn't have stop making politics against them and they are also getting zero points till today. So at the end of story, the hole PGA system is a joke, they play the opening event without the defending champion and world number 2 or 3 Rahm winner of 4 tournament in the past season. But never the PGA tells the world a story that it's the best of the best you can see. All Stupid!!
