    Guys calm down, she just expects people to have some common sense but I do suggest putting parchment paper on the inside lid where the dumplings are on and also covering the top with a towel before placing the wok lid on - the towel will absorb the condensation so you don't get soggy dumplings

    I know it’s an older video but I just tried this and it worked perfectly. I made steamed coconut buns. As long as your pan lid is curved you don’t need to worry about condensation dripping on top of your food. It’ll slide down the sides. Came out perfect. Super soft and fluffy. Thank you :)

    why are yall complaining? you dont even have to hear her to understand. As you can see she just made a level using a pot lid and put water underneath.

    Simple way to steam: Grab yourself a bowl and fill 1/3 with boiled water. Then grab yourself a towel and cover your head and the bowl with it. Steam will be trapped under the towel, and your face and airways will be steamed! I do this for 5 minutes everyday when I have a cold.

    No, the condensation from the top lid is gonna drip onto the lid carrying the buns and pool at the bottom of it then you still just basically drenched them in water🤷🏽‍♀️
