If you are running Shillelagh you really should be using the Torch of Revocation (Mystic Carrion). With Shillelagh active it deals 1d8+1d4Necro+1d4Fire+1+Wis Mod damage. It's almost the equivalent of a lvl 1 smite on every hit.
Fighter first. taking it seconds makes your scrolls and item abilities scale from INT rather than Wiz - silly but unfortunately very important. Also the con save as you'll be relying on concentration spells. Also, boots arent important for the build?! Why not re-read hell dusk boots? This video feels very different for your normal quality of video.
I believe that has been fixed as far as spell DC, because I was able to get it all from WIS just fine while starting as Druid in the current patch: imgur.com/a/cu27U4x Helldusk Boots can be nice sure, the same for CON Profiency because by the time you get Jaheira you have enough levels. It's just that... by the time you get her, because you'll be around level 9-10, I really can't see any battle lasting longer than 1 turn, including on Honor, for enemies to actually hit you and such.
That specific build is a great example of a build that could comfortably solo honor, so all those little details matter and considering your videos where I started my building journey I can't help me mention these things.
7 druid 5 ranger i think work best, as you can gloom stalker and always have an extra atack and tons of iniatiate. Also improve your wisdom caster level. Also go for dual scimitars, as Belm is a great one to have extra main atack.
I know this is a BG3 vid, but i hope you will still answer my Pathfinder related question. In your companion guides, which feats do you usually substitute for trickster critical feats? I cant seem to fit them in anywhere else than some of the last levels, and then i dont get access to them all:/
Hi CrpgBro, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me. Radiating orb seems to only provide a -1 attack roll for me, even if I stack 10 orbs, it will only provide -1 attack roll but for 10 turns, but the way I hear it mentioned would be -10 to attack rolls but I never see more than -1
Bg2 and 1, she got a few special abilities, even with fighter. Also there was no limit to spell casting. As such Ranger5/Druid7 works well, and helps with spells a little.
@@cRPGBro Imo she just should have joined us at the start of act 2, or at least joined us as soon as we save Isobel because she realises Last Light isn't safe and she could leave to help us to take down the threat. She could have been "at camp" in Last Light Inn when she's not travelling with us, it would have made sense for the same to happen to Wyll as well and his "camp" in act 1 be Emerald Grove. I always laugh at how he's training the kids and then just runs away to chill at camp. 😂
Yeah, it's a shame they cut this option out of the game, because apparently she was "too old", while both Astarion and Halsin are older than her. Pity indeed.

I never thought about using torch as Shillelagh weapon. No wonder Halsin didnt have any weapon in act 2 except a torch...
@@chanlekho Yep they are all classified as clubs, so even a basic torch is nasty for the first half of the game.

Eldritch Knight is honestly a better pick for more spell slots and shield or Gloomstalker since it uses wisdom imo
