Fuck man, its so good... the bass is so crisp and powerful. The drums are 80s metal all the way, the guitar is van halen + satriani facemelting fucking shredd, and the keyboard solos should be brought back to rock, they kick serious ass and this song is a statement to it.
In the Saturn & PC versions, you can set the championship to 3 laps per course. You can listen to nearly the entire song in that mode. Also in Time Attack mode, where there is no lap count, and you can listen to the entire song.
also, in the original arcade, the machine operator had the option to set the "championship" mode to 5 laps per track, so you would most definetly hear the whole track.
Looks like we got ourselves an old-fashioned SEGA RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP!
long medium right!

It's like if this song were the "At Doom's Gate" for racing games lol
I think the arcade version, although running off the model 2 soundchip, sounds sicker
If I ever get arrested I'm gonna ask the cop to play this in the car.
Springfield Rally Championship
Lancia Delta vs Toyota Celica Heaven or Hell, LET'S ROCK!
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY WHEN I HEARD THIS
Gimmie Fuel! Gimmie Fire! Gimmie Sega Rally Championship
This track is so insane!!!!
This game had awesome music. Sounds great, even more than 20 years later :D
Games form SEGA always feature great music, no matter what game was it.
Why wouldn't it? Music is timeless.
Easily the best song in the game, and that's a pretty high bar.
yeah back then it was all about the music...i miss this stuff
I added this to my Fire Pro Wrestling World tracklist as battle music.
Easily best choice I ever made.
Damn, those 2 dislikers have no taste whatsoever. NO. TASTE. WHATSOEVER.
Amazing track.
Playstation frustrated owners! ^0^
@@devoid5637 Well, PS1 has some racing game
soundtracks of its own that do not fall short of this one.
So it would be a draw in this instance.
in 2 years only one other person has added a dislike. should be zero tho.
@@cartogen NOW HAS 4 DISLIKES WHY?
this makes me wanna absolutely floor it in a rally car down a dirt road out in the outback 🤘
the whole song is amazing but that outro was something else!

WOAH!!!!!!!
*"Checkpoint"*
Starting at 3:52 the song has like 4 different key changes. It's like the song itself is manually notching up gears with the sonic intensity
3:52 - 4:54 uff de lo mejor 10/10 :D
Huuuu
Esa parte la partió *procede a encenderse en fuego*
Yo me estaba riendo de lo épico que es. Esos sintetizadores es tan de los 90 jaja
This goes all too hard and I'm all for it.
Toller Clip, tolle Bilder, coole Musik, habs direkt in meine Playlist hinzugefügt. Franzi mach weiter so.
I wonder why they made that piece of music so long since the race itself is very short, you'll never hear even half the song in game

Yeah, but who wants to listen to the shitty arcade version.

GAME OVER YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAÆÆÆÆÆÆÆHHH!!!!
I need to know the reason why they need to go THIS HARD
Maybe the best track of the 32 bit generation.
As „Fighting Back“ from Thunder Force 4 was for 16 bit.
Nah, too much competition. Way too much.
Steel of Destiny gives it a run for its money. There are plenty of great 32-bit shoot-em-ups with an absolutely phenomenal soundtrack.
the intro to this song legit could have been Pantera or something the way it sounds 😂
It's literally Fuel by Metallica
E a r g a s m
Someone need to mod the Model 2 rom so we can play arcade with the Saturn OST.
ok real talk though why does it kinda sound like something from guilty gear X2
Qué buena música. Podría ser la música de un opening de anime.
Ehem, Pyrerealm, ehem...
