VCV-you set the flow to achieve volume and have to stand by ventilator to adjust pressure generated for that purpose. PRVC- is a volume control mode with ventilator adjusting the pressure (not you) according to patient's compliance and resistance

What's the difference between vcv and prvc mam, in both press is adjusted to achieve a TV isn't it
