Got my officer mechanical when they came out last month and promptly changed to a nato strap. Nice leather strap I just prefer nato. Love the watch and my Jeep.
The Officer's case is beautiful! It's very reminiscent of current automotive surfacing. Marc, please consider doing a winder and quarts of your original A and B dial fliegers.
Marc trying to reassure us that the watches are made by Marathon and NOT Jeep (so they won’t break). Ha! Just kidding. I love Jeeps. If I could afford one, I would have a Wrangler 4xe for sure! Thanks for showing us the watches!
I do not, as a rule, like products branded by a company that has nothing to do with the product. (Swiss Army WATCHES?) But these are really nice, and while the Jeep logo on the face is not subtle, it’s not gross either, and it doesn’t look like an afterthought. To be clear, I do not mind when a company adds their logo to gift watches, and if anybody out there wants to send me an a gold Omega given to a 30-year worker by the Chicago Tribune, with the Tribune building on the watch face, feel free. Quartz or mechanical is fine.
The officer models are a welcome change from all the diver styles out there. Thanks Marc. Have a great day!
Agreed, the diver look is getting tedious.
Thanks, you too!

I love the colab but can't imagine wearing a JEEP branded watch if I did not own a JEEP.
I'd be interested in seeing how this sells
True, I get that.
That's like saying you need to own an airplane to own a pilots watch or own scuba gear to own a divers watch.
@@mountainjay That's not the same.
Jeep is a very specific Brand. The others you refer to are types of watches
I don’t own a Jeep but own the collab. It’s probably the coolest watch I have and haven’t removed it sine I got it.
@@mountainjay Again that is a style of watch, not a brand colaboration.
The hand winding one is the clear winner! And also it is priced very fairly.
Great video, clears up many questions I had. Love high torque quartz movements.
Morc, what happen to the black boarder in the studio shot? Rendering problem?
maybe the boarder found a better place
It's insane, it's one of those things I just didn't notice until it was published.
Thanks Marc, I own a Jeep and like these watches.
Right on!
Nice collection. When they come out with a 2017 Kia Sportage collab, maybe Ill take a stab, I can't afford a Jeep these days 😄
Ha!

Thank you, noted!
Marc, what is the new clock on the wall ?
Yup.
Hi can you review list of mecha-quartz watches? im interested in watches but afraid to wear mechanical😂
What does the green strap smell like?
Hey Mark are you going to be releasing any more Monsters? Love the content thanks!

Glad you like them!
I agree that this was a smart move by both Marathon and Jeep. That said, I'd rather have a Marathon. But I'm much more of a watch guy than a Jeep one.
Thanks for commenting.
7:22 nice slam
if it can't take that, then it has no business being a watch.
@@islandwatch fair enough
one model of Jeep includes a totally boss McIntosh Stereo system. i just don't think anyone says, hmmm, is this a Jeep built stereo system?
I know, but it's asked of me.
Never understood the desire for these "branded" versions of watches (or other things). That said, I'd still love to own a regular GSAR one day.
You can do it :)
@@islandwatch 50% off sale on all GSARs Marc? You know you wanna.... lol

varies!
Lmfao amazing thumbnail 😂
thanks.
"Can't wait for the Fiat crossover next" said no one ever.
LOL
Marathon makes nice watches but they're a bit overpriced unfortunately. Also 50m wr is NOT acceptable on any watch.
>is it smiling?
That's a mean mug for sure.
Sure is.
