Many clubs in Europe open till 7am. It’s not the problem with clubs being open all night long. Make sure you always go with friends and call a taxi before living. There were mistakes made: Kevin as a boyfriend should’ve waited for her outside and also not let her drink till she pass out. Of course there are always bad people who surround us and unfortunately this girl with her behavior attracted one of those. I once got wasted at New Year Party and passed out. Thank God it was at a friends’ house. But I’ve seen many girl pass out on the streets at 12 am by the clubs, and that makes an easy prey for killer.

    • @jotarokujo3603
      @jotarokujo3603 4 года назад +22

      You are all wrong.
It comes down to storage space.
There’s an exponential increase in storage space required as quality increases. i.e. if you double the quality of a video it will require more than twice as much storage space.
This is where the issues occur. Of course lower quality cameras are cheaper to buy outright but the difference is negligible, there’s absolutely no difference in the running cost between cameras of different qualities.
Although wacko is the most right, security footage in a business typically only exists to satisfy insurance companies.

That's why I am not feeling this edited version. I have always found the claims of Kevin her so called boyfriend sketchy. Bear in mind he was ejected first because "HE" was feeling some kind of way about guys with more money and affluent were checking for her. The entire episode sheds more light and I am convinced he did it.

Ppl please remember this, predators prey in crowds waiting for a stray!!..
when you go to a place that is socially popular, and you are around strangers
If you come with a partner or group, stay in contact with your group.
I used to work security at clubs and have never liked the effects of alcohol on myself or others....as it does make you cognitively vulnerable.
In this situation, it was probably a sexual assault cover-up by fire done by someone who either worked there or frequented the venue.
And they probably did it before so they are in the system already and didn't want a dna match to a prior case.
And cities like LA, Vegas and Miami....are social-petri dishes for psychopaths and sociopaths, so when you are in these "fun" places you need to have extra situational awareness and be cautious of ppl you meet...
Not everyone is there to party and have fun!!

You tell them both to leave, then document how they left the establishment. That all gets put in the report at the end of the night. That way if something happens to anyone the police have something to go off of. The bouncer was either A) A COMPLETE MORON....B) VERY INEXPERIENCED or both. Anyone who has worked in venue security knows that woman are a target. You have to pay attention. Also many owners of these types of places just don't care and hire people that never question them. With guys groping and grabbing at her, he lost it and if he "grabbed" her that would be enough for me to ask him to leave. I would ask the lady if she wanted to go with him or stay and whatever she decided...she was an adult.
I'm guessing it was an opportunistic crime form someone hanging around the club.

That way PD has something to go off of if something happens. All those things need to be documented when you're doing venue security. Totally. It's all artificial drama. Particularly because his alibi relies on so much that is completely falsifiable. Is there a receipt for the taxi? Which taxi driver picked him up? Does that driver recognize him? How about hotel staff? Anyone remember him coming into the lobby that night? Key card used on his door? What towers did his cell phone ping at what times? Where was he, precisely at the time she left the club? What about video surveillance at the hotel or along his entire route? Lots of pieces that could be validated/falsified. This is not your typical, "I was walking along an empty beach all night after my wallet and cell phone were stolen." type alibi. The dude is almost certainly innocent or they would have long since burned him.

Some women just want attention and drama without thinking of the consequences.
I also can understand the domestic violence thing... A drunk woman literally smashing up your house and saying things to provoke you just so you to be the center of attention.
He's lucky she didn't throw a vodka bottle at his head or worse.
There would be blood everywhere when the neighbors call the cops... She would forget her behavior by the next day and imagine that he tried to kill her and cut her into pieces like Dexter.
That show also happens in Miami so... I see where that particular story may have come from.
I don't want to victim blame and she didn't deserve that horrible end...but it's easy to jump to the wrong conclusions.

I don't think that is how her mom came across, but she did say she told her she didn't approve of her behavior. I certainly would not want the world to think I encouraged this type of behavior in my daughter. All of us know that being so needy of being pretty and getting attention leads to questionable situations - that behavior does not attract the most upstanding people in our communities.
The mother is heartbroken that a lifestyle of which she did not approve led to the death of her daughter. I am quite certain she wishes she could have done something years before that would have discouraged her daughter away from that false life. However, often there is no way you can discourage it. Tragically, her daughter's life choices put her in a position where some sick, perverted monster made her the center of his world for a few hours. The victim did not get snatched from her home or walking home from the grocery store. However, her behavior certainly does not give anyone a right to harm her, but she was surely warned many times about getting drunk and flaunting herself the way she was apparently doing.

@@GlennaVan Well said, this is how I was thinking about the situation. Of course no one should have put a hand on her regardless of her poor choices. In this fallen world there are people that will prey on others and her behavior put her in the company of people wanting to harm her. There is a reason why people tell women especially not to get drunk or flaunt in public without someone there to keep an eye on you. It's the world we live in and people can try to ignore this but it is reality. Most of us don't think she deserves it but the reality of the world is there are sick people and her behavior increased her odds she would have a run in with a bad person. Similar to all those travelers that go to dangerous places of the world to prove a point that they should be able to and then end up usually getting raped & murdered. In the perfect world they should be able to travel without harm and women should be able to make poor choices without getting harmed but reality doesn't always end up the way things should happen.

We got to CC his pops asked, where's your sister? As he started to say shes riding, pops said, go get her. Told him we will stay any have pizza. So he went back by himself to get her and they were eating with his family too by the time he made it back to tell his pops that they had already left. I was never stupid enough to return without I left with.

I feel for the mom. She knows her daughter had her faults, but she still loved her and was heartbroken that she'd been taken from her in such a diabolical way. I feel for the sister too. Paula was her little bestie. She wanted to protect her little sister, but she couldn't in this case. My heart goes out to both of them and I hope they receive justice one day.

The mom is trash. She was OK with her underage daughter sleeping with adult men, which is statutory rape. Her mom is the source of most of her problems in life. Her sister was more of a mom to her, and was the one who fought for justice in her sister's case, though it is sadly still unsolved. They did release a sketch of the guy they saw her leave with, but can't find the guy.

Absolutely. Her mom was honest and that is refreshing. Many times the Mom's of murder victims are in denial with regards to their babies self-destructive behavior and poor life choices that contributed to their demise. One such Mom is the mom of that Armaud Arbery character. According to his Mom, her angel baby boy "DINDU NUFFIN."

I'm sorry but I wouldn't have a girlfriend who preferred to dance and show her naked body to random dudes in a club rather than come home with me. So ya, I would have ditched her ass too if my girl acted like that, and would have jumped on the first plane home without her. Of course I wouldn't wish what happened to her to have happened, I would just have ended that relationship before it even got to this point. So I don't blame the boyfriend for leaving, at all. Sucks what happened to her.
