This is the Episode that was aired in Boston the day Liz passed away. Then they showed the chocolate cake clip on the news. So many of us cried that day because we loved Liz so much.

Moments like this I always wondered why she can't just make it disappear or go to a doctor of her own magical kind. But that's just the 2021 me analyzing 1960s writing. LOL Regardless, Elizabeth is adorable!
She was trying to be as mortal as possible, so she picked a mortal doctor.
@José Elias And she tried to make it disappear, but it wouldn't go away. The only way she could get rid of it was to eat it.
I think that was part of the fun of figuring out the bewitched universe. :)

Her cravings took over her magical powers, so she couldn't zap the food away because she wanted it too much. Primal urge overpowering reason, as can happen when hormonal.
The pill reference is a sign of those times!

Thousands were praying for her like always, it didn't work. You guys have been pitching it for 2000 years and he does not come? You get the prescription filled by the Druggist, over here we call it the pharmacist and you get it filled at the Pharmacy or Chemist.
I guess it depends on where you live. I live on the east coast and where I live, we say pharmacist and pharmacy or drug store.
