I love hypo, I use it all the time on my building jobs when customers want paving cleaning. I would have definitely got out the jetwash after the hypo, only a jetwash will lift the black spots and lichen once the hypo has killed them.
Thanks for the great video and taking the time to explain what you were doing. I have a cherry tree and other plants near the sandstone. Are these chemicals safe to use around plants? Thanks
Hi buddy. Awesome video! I've got the same jetwash. We had to return the first one due to black stuff bubbling out of the bottom and a shattered power switch. We've received the replacement and we've got the same problem with the black oily stuff. Did you have that issue? Any problems starting the machine? I'd really appreciate some advice as it's an amazing jetwash 😃
Yes it can do, best practice is to wet all plant life before applying, avoid applying on or very close to plants but then rinse down thoroughly. Once diluted there's no danger
We aren’t just watching the videos we are watching to learn how you clean what method , what chemicals . Im not trying criticise you or any other youtubers.
Use a five litre pump sprayer with a 4:1 mix and spray it on any green surface. Using a watering can is wasting money. Then walk away! The hypo will continue to do its job. Rinsing will stop all action.
Yep, this entire area was very badly done and we've begun ripping most of it up to replace it with something straightforward like gravel. The small area I did will have to stay as it's on a massive concrete slab so will just have to be cleaned twice yearly.
What ratio did you actually use? You said 2:1 then 50/50, which is 1:1.
BOOM! You smashed it bruv.
Nice job, get the rest of it done now ;).
Hypo n water also works great on fence panels/wood
Does it affect your plants or grass, thanks peter

neat hypo can remove it if you leave it for a day

Great job. Did the black spot need any pressure in the end or did a second treatment clear it all?
The second treatment essentially got rid of all of it :)
What percentage hypo is in the mix you use. You say 50/50, but how strong was the original stuff? Varies a lot. Thanks
What respirator did you use?
Did you just use Hypo and water 50/50 or did you add anything else in there? Cheers
what did you use as a surfactant additive?
% concentration of the neat hypochlorite to start with?
great job big transformation looking forward to seeing more transformations there.
I bought 14-15% Sodium Hypochlorite for treating blackspot on my Indian sandstone patio.
I was wondering what ratio I should dilute it?
Great job what would you recommend to seal sandstone to a semi gloss finish
Hi bud, great video - what did you put in the mixture to make it " sud up " thanks
Watching here from Indonesian,,,,,
Welcome! Thanks for watching 😊
Watching here in Philippines 👍👍
welcome along!
Would this type of cleaning effect plants or grass surrounding the area?

Hi m8 wat would i use on oil stains on concrete?

What strength did you start with?
Hi. What is the water mixture for the hypochlorite? What type of hypochlorite did u use ? thanks 🙏
All sodium hypochlorite is the same. Strength of the hypo I use is 15% but I dilute it down 4/1 or more
Nice job. As good a result that you would have got with the power washer. How come that girl isn’t your fiancée yet👍
LMAO! Maybe someday 👌 Yeah not a bad result, another treatment and it would be spotless!

Is this strong enough to clean properly though
Hi what is the name of the chemical sorry
@@scottmccallum2865 sodium hypochlorite
🙏☝☝☝☝🎸 good job
why don't you used pressure water today??
It was my own home and I couldn't be bothered 😂 Thought it was a good time to show the power of hypo
can u put a before and after pic together next time
Sure, will do
not an adequate fall on that patio it will keep happening

@@bucksjetwashing9776 hope it all goes well mate
Waste of time on black spot if it’s bad , it’s ok for new dirt but old stuff u were as well puss on it 🤔🤔🤔👍
