Ya, getting the camera out isn’t as easy as popping it out as shown in the video. I ended up breaking it. You couldn’t have shown how to pull it out?
It requires you to heat the front glass and after pulling the glass off there are three screws that hold the camera in from the front. I was disappointed that he didn’t show that as well. I was afraid someone would think it was stuck and end up breaking it :(

Great video BUT you COMPLETELY left out having to heat the glass and remove it to take the three screws out from the FRONT of the camera to he able to remove it:
You make it look like the camera just pops out or the housing and people could think it’s stuck and break it :(

It looked like the cover plates that you pried off were falling off because they were being held in by an adhesive. Do you need to reapply an adhesive to get them to stay on? I don't want them to fall off while the drone is flying and then they're gone forever.

You skipped over a lot of steps, parts made no sense when I was doing it at home. Sorry, but can't like this video for that reason.
Yes you right, but my video is not step by step tutorial with 1 hour long video and show you how to take out every screws.
@@djiSolutions It's misleading. Teardown implies it will show you each step, it wasn't an hour worth, you could literally do it in 10min video, Had to figure a few things out, main thing that bothered me was removing the camera. You cut right to a point where you've undone way more than what you've shown.
The Mavic Air 2S neck does not move up and down when shooting
At 1:29 you skipped removing/prying out the counter weight to gain access to the 2 screws holding the camera back cover on from that side. You obviously broke those 2 screw holes. Reading some of the other comments, you really should remove this video.

How do I remove the covered screw? You show in the video how to remove 5 on the sixth one which is the trickiest, you just skip it.
So after that the gimbal work normally without, the notification on the controller, gimbal stuck...?
If the gimbal working properly, the gimbal stuck error will gone automatically
The drone crash and then when turning it on the notification comes on as the gimbal stuck
The stuck gimbal error is hardware error, when you slove the problem. It gone automatically
I keep getting a gimbal overload or gimbal stuck error, even though there is no dirt/grit and the gimbal can move freely. Do you think replacing one or both of the flex cables would resolve the issue?
Yes, those 2 flexible cables also can cause that error too
@@djiSolutions thank you, I took apart my gimbal and cleaned it using your guide but still having the same issue. I'll try replacing the flat/flex cable first even though it doesn't look damaged.

All my local stores are out of stock. I'm currently looking at a couple AliExpress sellers

Sorry I also don't know too, but be careful when you replace camera module never and ever using Python code or you will get error 10016 or 10017 that will never be remove.

You can change parts of gimbal, no lock. Just error 40011.

My dji air 2s is stuck gimbal. What should I do?
Try to teardown it and look for dust on the gimbal motor.
Have the same problem.. But doesn't seem to be stuck cuz when I turn the drone on it moves around then stops.. And gets the stuck error

I took the gimball out and put it back in. But after that it started showing error 40011 and the gimball won't move. The image is normal, just not moving.
Check both of your flex cables.
