LOL, we do not hate you. Glad to help out Brother! Thanks for the review! Car sounds and looks great! Can't wait to get you on Phase 2 and hopefully Phase 3 in the future. If you need anything in the meantime let us know. I know Toby had made you a Burbles revision to try out. Stay Driven, Brandon
Thanks Brandon! Phase 2 and up definitely in the future! 😀 Looking forward to it 🚗💨 Thanks to you and the whole team at EC for helping to get the car running to it’s full potential 👍 More to come!!
Love it! These are the exact performance mods I'm doing to my Abarth once the warranty expires. Still have two years or 23k miles to go. Did you change the spark plug gap with the tune? I wonder if that would help the smoothness.
Thanks! I did not yet. I was going to wait until I go to Phase 2 and upgrade some other parts including spark plugs and coil packs. But that’s a good thought. I was only able to drive it for a bit since it snowed. I’ll see how it feels after some more driving. I’ve heard the ECU in our cars are really good at adjusting to changes so it could just need a bit more time for the car to adjust to some of the parts. I’ll see how she’s feels after getting more miles on her and I’ll reach out to EC if it doesn’t smooth out.
if an Abarth is pulling 22lbs of turbo boost at 164hp, what does it take in boost to get 16hp more to 180? 36hps more to 200? Yowza that's a LOT of turbo boost and some incredibly poor mpg.
LOL Hell yea! It feels great! Been a few weeks now driving with it and got everything sorted out. Had to swap out the BOV and Wastegate Actuator springs but now it pulls strong and smooth! Will have some more update videos in the future as well.
@@DrivenDistrict looking forward to following along. I'm also interested in building towards the phase 2 tune after reading about it on our forums. Excited to see your experience.
That exhaust sounds nice! I just got the Roadster Sport cat back from Goodwin Racing. So excited to put it on. Other than that I have a K & N filter, GFB DV+ and Konig Hypergrams so far on my 2018 Abarth
Thanks! Ditching the heavy stock Abarth wheels are a must I think lol You kill 2 birds with 1 stone, add to the style, and minor improvement in performance by decreasing some unsprung weight. Good choice with the Hypergrams!
@@brendansenior5181 you are going to love the cat back exhaust! Let us know your thoughts on turbo spool up and when the engine comes to life with the new exhaust. For mine, I think it changed from about 3100 RPM to 2400 RPM or so
😂 I waited too long and now the intercooler is out of stock. Should have it in a month hopefully... then soon after bigger turbo...and maybe throw a little meth into the mix 😈

I just added my phase 1 and I feel exactly the same thing. It’s very smooth and no more stuttering at 5500
Can't wait to hear it once you get the Burbles ironed out with EC.
Same! Lol might try to upload the new file tomorrow.

Ohhh, that sounds lovely! Can't wait to hear it from the outside and mic'd up. These small engines make some nasty sounds lol

God, I need to step up and get the phase 1 tune. This must happen!

Nice car and sound! It's painful to see how you grab steering wheel with one hand like an old chevy truck)))
