Lol, I saw that video. Yes, what he said to the girl is something some may find inappropriate, but he only said it as a joke. And he didn't have a bad temper at all, quite the contrary. In that video, he was the only celebrity to stop and sign autographs while all the others just kept walking, and he was very patient and pleasant about the whole thing (especially considering the rude fans who kept telling him to turn around and said they were taking pictures of his backside). Gerry rocks. :)
