Hi Cossacks !
I know that many of you don't want to hear about Dance and to practice even more. And this is really sad !
The dance gives us a lot, coordianation, rythm, structure etc ... In fact a lot of great fighters were also good dancers! The cossacks are a good exemple, and in that case it's what we are interested by! Forget about acrobatics, low elements, where you "kill" your legs, here it's the basic steps, everyone can do, dancers or not.
