    Those machines are very expensive and people always abuse them and end up buying another (sometimes even more expensive)

    Карбюратор не отрегулирован, зазор между катушкой зажигания и магнитом не выставлен. В сцепление зачем то налил масла.

    • @hbrestoration
      @hbrestoration  10 дней назад

      There were scenes that I cut that needed to be adjusted to the distance between the magnet and the ignition coil. For your interest, I used a piece of paper folded into 4 to align them

    • @x84pav84x
      @x84pav84x 10 дней назад +3

      @@hbrestoration а карбюратор? Вы же выкручивали регулировочные винты, во время чистки. А основных винтов там три, для высоких оборотов, для низких оборотов и для холостого хода. При работе инструмента необходимо отрегулировать карбюратор так, чтобы был оптимальный расход топлива и инструмент работал стабильно. Вот я вижу, когда вы произвели запуск, режущий диск вращался, а это на холостом ходу недопустимо. Или неверно произведена регулировка холостого хода и низких оборотов или всё же неисправно сцепление.

    It's more satisfying to restore older power tools, instead of buying brand new expensive ones.

    13:22 I would have used a couple of washers on those screws to spread the strain between the two parts.

      @hbrestoration  9 дней назад

      yepp, adding a washer would be better since it's plastic anyway

    11:48 that's exactly what happened when I've attempted to weld the crankcase on the Ms 361 I'm making a video of .
    Filler metal already solidified while the base material still was melted.
    Antimony alloys are a pain

    • @hbrestoration
      @hbrestoration  7 дней назад +1

      I have tried many times to weld, do you have any way to weld this alloy?

    • @Dany_FIX_DIY
      @Dany_FIX_DIY 7 дней назад

      @hbrestoration not really it was kinda welding at very low current but suddenly collapsed and I quit.
      Oxy fuel might work as It seams to be the preferred choice of many who have to deal with very old castings.
      Unfortunately I've not got access to the process yet.

    Алюминий варят аргоном!

      @hbrestoration  10 дней назад

      How to solder them?

    • @x84pav84x
      @x84pav84x 10 дней назад +1

      @@hbrestoration при контакте с кислородом на поверхности алюминия образуется тонкий слой оксидной плёнки, для разрушения которой нужна очень высокая температура. Поэтому используется подача защитного газа, аргона, который способен вытеснять кислород из зоны сварки. При этом присадочный пруток расплавляется, создавая прочный сварочный шов. Для сварки алюминия используются аппараты TIG с присоединённым баллоном, в котором содержится газ аргон.

      @hbrestoration  10 дней назад

      @@x84pav84x I used a tig welder and argon gas to weld that part, but it doesn't stick. If it was just aluminum it would be easy but I think it's not aluminum but an aluminum alloy.
