- Four white wheels on two axles move around the orange disks, periodically changing the center of gravity of the moving masses, causing non-stop rotation.
Axles with wheels are closest to the center on the upstroke, which makes it easier to climb, and farthest from the center on the downstroke, resulting in a fall.

Actually it appears this vid is running backwards. The wheels going up are way far away from the main axle which would make them much harder to lift than the wheels close to the main axle. It took me a long time to figure out their words on the video don't match what the machine is doing.
Why is the left support wider? Looks like a housing for something.
If I were a betting man, I'd say that conceals a belt drive.
I seen that to right off the rip at the rate of motion is a dead giveaway to😢
Well guys, if you want to show that it works as described, then at least make the side racks transparent, made of plexiglass. And so far the usual fake. So much work, for the sake of a fake ...
the whole point of the channel is that they are fakes, the person makes motorized models showing what free energy machines from various eras would look like.
Well if that's the case, why doesn't he just make them whitout motors? Then he would contribite to real lessons. Now he is just a faker...
@@totaltechnics7388 that just isn't what they do. They make kinetic models of ideas that do not work, and people watch to figure out how they managed it. Not sure how static models would contribute anything.
They are also pretty open about this in the channel description. not trying to fool people who bother to read.

It is obvious that it is not a perpetual motion. The movement is uneven, with some rotations taking longer than others. And the most revealing hint is in the video, where at 1:13 you can see the nut spinning while the bar holding the orange discs is stationary. So we have a hollow tube that holds the orange discs and a rotating axis inside that is driven by a motor and controlled by pulses received from the large metal weight used in 0:50.
Why is the base it's so thick? Is it to hide the battery electronics and other impulse solenoids? Anyways, its amazing!

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that this is a demonstration of how the Moon keeps the same side facing us.
Actually, I think your description of alternating radii is backwards. Yet, the alternating condition of moment of inertia (serving as an equivalence for mimicking an alteration of spinning mass) is correct.
The radius of spin for each pair of white wheels is furthest from the center on each upstroke (which decreases moment of inertia and decreases its equivalent parameter of mass) making it easier to lift on the upstroke while being closest from the center on each downstroke (which increases moment of inertia and increases its equivalent parameter of mass) making it easier to fall on each downstroke.
