What I can never get the hang of is how she shapes it only with the hand, not needing a roller or tortilla press. Thats not easy folks.
That looks like a beautiful land, very green! I would love to be there, that woman must have very strong arms to handle the MANO DE METATE because I know it is very heavy! COULD you please do another video of the whole place? The kitchen, the animals, the trees and plants and how about the rest of the house?

I am sure you mean "Metate" I used to watch my grandmother and aunts make tortillas in this same manner back in the 1950's
