A tip I have is searching on Google "skin color and shades" there should be one which is cubes, and you could color match those and use it as a ref to you can start making your own :)

Normally, digital artists will have their own painting style and art style(strokes), I think you have a normal art style and technical but it's also very prominent. Your content biased towards the tutorial, it's so great and attract viewers but don't forget the other elements to have a successful and different channel in art community.
