    Thanks for the video. Even though I have been using these for about a year I still always learn something new. I just placed another order for some more calls. Went out last Monday night and located 6 packs of coyotes and ended up having a black phase coyote run out in front of my truck as I was leaving. Just waiting on the season to role around. Keep up the great work.

    • @tccustomcalls
      @tccustomcalls  2 года назад

      Thanks, glad it helped. Your tongue pressure keeps the call in the roof of your mouth while calling. When not calling move the call to your cheek or wherever it feels comfortable. It’s not supposed to stay in the roof of your mouth unless actively calling. Thanks for watching.

    @mfkgamecalls I just bought the predator starter pack love every single call in it I also bought the four reed howler but the latex that is supposed to be the shorter pieces were really loose and after using it once the ones that were supposed to be shorter started overlapping the reeds that were supposed to be long and now it doesn't sound good then the very bottom reed tore so I just ended up ripping it out as I said love every call in the starter pack great calls compared to all the other predator calls I have bought just had problems with the four reed and was wondering what I need to do about it

    I see this video is 7 years old so I may not get a reply. However, at time, 5:28 you indicate the bump on the call goes down towards the tongue. At time, 6:19 when you demonstrate how to insert the call into the mouth, you show the bump of the call going upwards toward the roof of the mouth.
    So does it make a difference which way it goes in?

    • @tccustomcalls
      @tccustomcalls  Год назад

      It may not look like it to you but at both time stamps you mentioned the bump is down. The call can be ran either way for a different sound but they are designed to be used with the bump down (longest reed up). Hope that helps & thanks for watching.

    • @tccustomcalls
      @tccustomcalls  5 лет назад

      migratory game Thanks for the business. If you have ridges in your palate then the wrinkles are fine & just forming to the shape of your mouth but if the call feels to big then you may need to trim it. A good rule of thumb is to put the call in calling position & close your teeth together. If you have tape between your teeth trim the call just enough that it will fit just inside your teeth when you close them together.
