Last night I was listening to C-span radio about concerns about the war ship in the Cuban waters and they mentioned that the Chinese is building a complete road beltway around the island of Jamaica. They weren't clear if it was a good thing or a bad thing for Jamaica. But I just know that we are too gifted and talented to be still treating each other like this. Look how far reggae and beef patties have reached around the globe and well loved.

An issue with Jamaica infrastructure, is the lack of adequately sized sidewalks. The sidewalks are just too narrow and dilapidated. Pedestrians are forced to walk into the street creating a hazardous condition. A minimum standard should be set and mandated to be adhere by every developer. Simple things as this makes a city pleasant to traverse.

'As I've always stated that what they could do to make a better Jamaica is to mandatory require a skill training for the youth starting in elementary or middle school. What they do with that is up them later in life. Teach a man to fish rather than give a man a fish.
