Hey Eagles621, I appreciate the comment! When I removed it from the package, it had the washer with grips on 1 side, then the Lock washer (flat washer with a single cut) then the nut. I thought it would be better for it to be a better grip into the plastic and have a smooth surface to have the smooth washer go on. Are you saying it should be different?

Uh, no… the lock washer goes between the nut and smooth washer. This prevents the nut from coming loose.
