Jacob Christie - Anyone

Track 3 off my first EP "Nightmare Scenarios".
Quite bare bones, this one originally had guitar parts and a strange drum pattern that was probably more fun to come up with than listen to. Some patchy vocal parts as well, which I re-recorded just a few days ago. I don't know why I thought it was cool to make my voice sound like it was recorded through a tube of pringles back then.

But still I can’t find it in me

Picking myself up but I just don’t know where to start
Cos anyone could do this
But I just can’t get through this
Really need to spend some time sorting myself out

Wish that I could know what whole thing is about

Still, I can’t stay blue for too long
Cos if it was anyone else they’d just move on
Anyone can make things right
Anyone can win their fight
Anyone can ask for help or know just what to do
So how come this can’t come to pass
Should have known this wouldn’t last
If only I could deal with all this the same way as you
