‘Excruciating to watch’: ‘Lost’ Joe Biden struggles during address

Sky News host Chris Kenny has reacted to US Joe Biden talking about proposed reforms to the Supreme Court, saying he got “very lost” during his speech.
“When he was talking about the Supreme Court issue, the same old Joe Biden was back - he didn’t seem to, whether he was talking about himself as a president or a former president. He got very lost,” he said.
“Oh God, it’s terrible - you have to remind yourself he is still the leader of the free world.
“It’s just excruciating to watch.”
