1. Ian Copeland was a booking agent - the Police-man was Stewart Copeland / 2. The producer of Fables was the legendary Joe Boyd / 3. Even in '97 fans would have been aware that Bill was a multi-instrumentalist who'd been lead-writer on some songs / 4. Post-Bill their popularity faded at home but burgeoned again in the UK (even though some would argue they'd hit the bottom of a long creative decline at the time of the final split)
