So then if you have a submenu that now can just be a toggle on/off, can you change the submenu to toggle or do you just delete the submenu and created a toggle 😅

Technically yes, there is a way to do this by manually programming the animations by hand and re-writing the menu parameters by hand, but you'll save hours of time just creating a new toggle with the VRCfury method described in other videos.
