- hi guys!! welcome to my disney college program apartment tour! this is a tour of a chatham square, 6 person 2 bedroom apartment.
when you participate in the dcp, disney provides you with housing. there are four options of complexes: vista way, patterson, chatham square, and the commons. in the video i talk to you guys about each one and give you a quick run down! they are all great so don't stress about which complex you get. i hope you all enjoy this tour! if you have any questions about disney housing comment down below and i'll be sure to answer them :)

honestly I live in vista and it's not that bad, im in a renovated apartment and it's totally fine. I LOVE how u can walk to walgreens and the dollarstore. everyone calls it the party place but ive lived here a month now and have basically never seen a party. also the laundry is on the first floor of the building and rent is so cheap I love it.
can you do a video about what the dcp program teaches you and what major/career path it would benefit? i love your videos so much!!

Ahhh so weird. Everything is different! I did fall advantage 2007. I lived in Chatham in a 3 bedroom 6 person apartment. There was only 2 people to a room. And the commons was just for international dcp and Patterson wasn't even there yet!
dmyers910 they still have those!! we just got the 2 bedroom one :/ but that’s crazy to think how everything has changed!

Lived in Chatham about 2 years ago. Really missed my Disney life!!
I did the DCP in 2010 and the Commons was only for international cp’s. I lived in Patterson! But I was constantly at Chatham! Love your videos!
Thank you so much for posting this! I did the fall 2012 dcp and I was in Chatham 30202! We only had two people per room then and I was In Room 1. This brought back so many memories!

I know you probably wont see this but i ran into one of your videos and started rewarching your old videos and i came across this one and i see the chip and dale painting my ex wife painted for you! It definitely brought back some good memories! We were both excited to meet you that day!
Patterson Court is definitely newer than The Commons!! It was only opened just before our International College Programme in 2009. The Commons has been up longer but wasn’t available for American CPs and it used to be international CRPs only. I lived in Chatham too and absolutely loved it, you are lucky 😍

This is awesome. I am 32 and finally have an apartment with laundry and it's very expensive (just a normal apartment not Disney). Most apartments I have been to and lived in have a long walk to the laundry or at least at the end of the building in a separate room. I feel that's how it is for most people in California if you live in apartments/condos. Even the townhome I lived in had a laundry room shared by 4 townhomes- 13 people.

I move into my apartment on February 18th and this really helped me with my research and trying to figure out where to live! You made it so cozy looking. When you moved in were there already girls who had been there a while? I think that my biggest 'fear' right now, moving into somewhere where everyone is already friends and being the odd one out...

I did the DCP in 2015 and I stayed at The Commons and I got to choose between Patterson or Commons but The Commons has the washer and dryer in the room so I chose that for that reason and most of my friends stayed at the commons which was good

I know this video is literally 2 years old and it's not gonna do much BUT you could always use that extra space to put in two more beds facing each other (if people want to bring their own bed frames). It is less private but it's a give and take situation
