- This is a new, improved and extended version of my "Enigma Remix" played with my Tyros 2.
The Shakuhachi sound has been refined and now it sounds and responds much better. I also set different equalizations for the different songs.

@thienus20 Yes, it is the "Shakuhachi", as also written in the description. It is a Japanese end-blown flute made of bamboo. It is a very old traditional Japanese flute, very hard to play.
An ancient proverb says "You have to shake your head for three years before you can play shakuhachi."
But when you learn...it has that fantastic sound.

Sounds really great and a bit spooky too, I only have a PSR S550 and havn't got some of those wonderful sounds of the Tyros, But I love to compose my own things like you Happy New Year for 2012, Good luck with your new play.

Well, the most "time-consuming" part has been to figure out how to properly create and insert custom voices/styles/pads from samples. Not so trivial with T2. However, once you have the samples along with an idea on how to use them in Tyros, then in few hours you should be able to set everything.
Actually, the idea itself of this remix (i.e., which songs, parts and how to mix them) has been the most creative part and it took me (spare hours of) a couple of weeks :)

this is rather simple to play I believe. What is important is the base, the samples, and, of course, the shakuhachi sound. Once you have these, everithing comes naturally.
Anyway, tell me, how can I help you? Do you need the chords, or all the single notes?

It is a Yamaha Tyros2. I think Yamaha is now selling Tyros5 and Tyros6 is going to be released soon!
