Was Gray totally gaslighting Adira into that breakup. And turned the tables so it was like Adira was doing the dumping. The whole thing felt very manipulative.

I really enjoyed the Culber quest parts, and a bit of Rayner, but the rest of this episode just got away from them imo.

ST Discovery is a DEI Star Trek. Compare it to any other ST, and I mean ANY other ST, and that would be like going from cast iron to balsa wood.

They spend too much time with the relationships of the crew that are unrelated to the show. When we know the show is gonna be ending eight episodes. Why are we wasting time developing characters when they’re going to be gone in less than seven episodes it’s just a waste of time and money at least that’s my perspective. I saw about 10 to 15 minutes of actual Star Trek in this episode.
I don’t mind the stuff with Rainer in the crew because that’s gonna be important to the later characters but the stuff with Saru and the Vulcan lady

Yeah, @Peaceforall20111 - they didn't know it would be the last season when they made it for the most part. My friend, Trevor B, says he skips the "heartfelt conversations"... LLAP!

@@startreknitpickers5838 I know and it is clear the expected another season it is still disappointing
I also don’t like the fact that they’ve had two chances to bring Dax back and they haven’t done it that would’ve been something nice to connect all the shows and they don’t know why they didn’t do it

The characters in Discovery are so cringe it hurts my brain. Tilly is the worst ST character ever, but there are lots of close-second-places on this show.

The command structure has gone to utter crap.

Just popping in to ask what happened to the arm wrestling video that just got pulled by RUclips. You do know a week from this Saturday, we have the arm wresting match of the Century! Devon "No Limits" Larrett vs Levan Saggin' Asshvili.
PPV on Core Sports. Great card overall too! Quite a few epic matches on it. If you're an arm wrestling fan, you probably already know about it, but here's your heads up in case you're not following the sport often and didn't know.
So, what was that video that got pulled?

they've gotta "bite the bullet" and throw away all the prequel and paywall website stuff.. pretend it never happened.. like "covid-19", "9/11" and most of the rest of the 21st century.. just have "a do over" and start from tng/ds9/voy like "lower decks" without all the "enterprise" stuff..

Holy cows and hens, this freaking series is like the real Frankenstein's monster, that never dies no matter how many people hate it and want it to stop sickening them and creating even more ire for it's feckless creatives.
It's hard to hate on something more than the thing that killed the thing you loved, more than anything else that is not a living creature. Especially when it can't leave well enough alone, it has to keep killing what you loved over, and over, and over, and over, and... forever more it seems.
Two things we never could have imagined growing up, Americans praising Russian and other dictators and who are okay with a failed President who demands he must be above all laws, and People who witness CBS/Paramount turning Star Trek into a hated thing that is no longer the thing you watched to get away from shows like what it's become.
Yeh, POTUS to DOTUS (Dictator of the United States, yeh, let's vote for that, not), and TV is the Vast Wasteland Award Winners, "modern" Star Trek, destroying all that was glorious about what Star Trek was that made anyone care and love it for.
Now say all that ten times fast. 😱😨
