+sushovnna roy pranayama also works well. in first stage it reduces a lot my tsh level. I do take 100 mcg thyronorm since 10 years. And regular exercise too.

plz tell me how toa use flax seed we can eat them raw
sherbano baloch yes!! U can consume them directly or u can fry them in a dry pan and consume it.. or you can make a powder... mix it with water/ buttermilk etc or rice!!
@@sheribaloch2847 you can roast them in a pan for about few seconds and eat it with fennel seeds.Thats what I do.
