Double Pinch Pot Monsters

We are keeping in the theme for this years End of the Year Art Show of Monsters. All grade levels are doing some sort of monster for their clay project and 3rd graders will create two pinch pots put together to create a hollow figure. This will be the 3rd time these students have worked with clay. This lesson takes 3 weeks to complete because I only see each class once a week. Week 1 - we practice. Week 2 - we make our figures. Week 3 - we glaze our monsters.
