So, I could see that his language skill has become increasingly high in just 3 months.
nowadays he speaks English very well.

we need to pay a lot of money to study foreign language in abroad
in the case of my friend he went to usa to study english last year
but he needed to pay a lot of money for tuition fee and expense of dormitory
so he did a part time job at mcdonald instead of studying english.
as a result he came back korea in 5 month.

I disagree that the best way to learn a foreign is to study in the country where the language is spoken, because of several reasons.
or example my friend went to U,S.A to study English.

so it is possible to learn the foreign language cheaply.
second, if you are a university student, you have a chance to make foreigner friends by attanding various programs.
Compared to study abroad, it has same effect.

In the case of my freind, she learned the English contents on the RUclips.
She could study a foreign language regardless of time and space.
Also, she did not cost much money to go to abroad.
