    Thank you so much, I removed sugar from my diet in January and started paying attention to what I put in my mouth and I'm feeling so much better it's really hard to believe.

    Thanks for the lecture! I am a med surg oncology nurse .... well I’m an everything nurse since covid ... but I am SO into the entire immunology/diet/inflammatory/gut health thing. Your lecture was amaz9ng thank you.

      There was always a cure for the China virus. The doctors No what the cure is, yeah they let people die. And then the entire medical field is pushing vaccines WTH the medical mafia is in charge of healthcare At this time but their time is definitely short-lived

      @@eddiecook5876 There has never been a cure for any type of Virus. A vaccination for prevention yes but a cure no.
      A virus does not meet the criteria for life, it is not self sustaining and needs the hosts cell to reproduce. So because a Virus is not technically alive, it cannot be killed without destroying the host as well.
      A Vaccination is the only way to prevent infection from a virus, any virus.
      The only way for a body to defeat a Virus is by its own immune system, and then there are Viruses like Rabies that once infected are almost always Fatal.

    The Point of Fasting for short periods of time, is referred to by Dr Longo as time restricted feeding. For people wanting to lose weight, eating in an 8 hour window is recommended.
    For Autophagy to be most effective 24-48 hour water fast is probably best .

    There is Protein in everything you eat. All plants contain all 20 amino Acids, Essential and Non essential.
    This obsession with Protein is not necessary because as long as you are eating enough Calories (not talking about French Fries and Coke)you will get more than enough Protein.
    Diversity of plants is the key.
    So when preparing your meal you do not need to think, "Now what am I going to eat for Protein" it is already there.
